Our remodeled unit is an oceanfront condo with a 300 square foot covered balcony located on the 7th floor. A perfect spot to enjoy a favorite beverage, gorgeous ocean view, and wonderful sea breezes. Sandy Beach 2/ Ground Floor W111 Beach/pool level

This first floor unit is the best way to feel the true resort experience. You're steps away from everything you came to Rocky Point to do. The kids can play in the pool while you watch from the patio or kitchen. The sound of the surf is just feet away. Anything you need to cook or walk across the courtyard to the restaurant or even better, walk to the pool bar and enjoy great Mexican snacks while sipping a Margarita, beer or a cocktail. Modern beach feel will make you feel right at home.
