I had a wonderful stay in Montanita! I stayed for 6 weeks and absolutely loved everything about this town and this home. It is so close to the hustle and bustle of everything, but also tucked away in the back of the apartment complex so it feels like its own oasis. There is also a locked gate to the property so I always felt safe. The home had everything you could need and the outdoor area was my favorite place to just hang out, play guitar and relax. Frances was so kind and it always made my day when I would bump into her, she lives on property as well. There was a person who came and cleaned my apartment every 2 weeks which was a great perk as well. I loved Montanita, it will forever have a special place in my heart. Thanks for everything!

I had a great stay at this Airbnb(Infact I extended my stay)! The place was clean, comfortable, and just amazing. The host is super lovely and went above and beyond to make sure everything went great—when the internet wasn’t working, he went out of his way to find a connection that would work for me. The location was convenient and quiet—perfect for going to the beach and the center. I will definitely stay here again!

La suite estuvo impecable, hermosa y bien equipada. La playa esta a menos de 30 metros y es una muy buena ubicación cerca de lugares de comida. Laura estuvo muy pendiente de todo por mensajes y fue muy amable. Volveríamos definitivamente ✨️

El sitio es cómodo y está muy cerca de la playa y el malecón. Fueron muy amables además. Lugar ideal para quedarse para ir de paseo a playa los Frailes, que queda muy cerquita y es hermosa.

Nos encantó nuestra estadía en esta propiedad! La casa es cómoda y bien equipada, y los alrededores son simplemente impresionantes. La única cosa que debes tener en cuenta es que el acceso puede ser un poco difícil, especialmente si tienes un vehículo bajo. Pero no te desanimes, porque la experiencia es increíble.

La casa súper cómoda, tal cual las fotos, muy bien ubicada, cerca de la playa y de lugares de comer! Definitivamente regresaría!

El alojamiento de Richard es muy bonito y tranquilo, excelente para relajarse y alejarse del ruido de la ciudad, la decoración es única y hace que te sientas como en casa. Lo único que recomiendo mejorar es la puerta del garaje ya que es un poco difícil de abrir y cerrar para la entrada de los autos. Richard es muy comunicativo y proactivo por lo que recomiendo su alojamiento.

Un lugar hermoso para ir en familia, con mucho espacio para compartir y con todas las comodidades. Nos dieron una excelente atención en todo lo que se necesitó!

I booked this house for my boyfriend and his family. It ended up being around 13 of us and we all fit comfortably in the space. We loved that we had our own private beach and pool, and it was a beautiful outdoor space. The space inside was clean and very nice. The only thing that i can think of that was a downside is that there were not enough towels in the rooms. Some of the couples had to share a towel. Miguel was great at communicating and responded quickly. I definitely recommend staying here. I would come back!

the house is nice with a garden view in a gated community, its located less then 5 minutes from the beach and about 15 minutes walk to Olon . Juan responds quickly and is helpful definitely recommended

This place was absolutely perfect! The apartment is beautiful, super cozy, and just a short walk from the beach—such a great spot to relax and enjoy the area. The bed was so comfy, I slept like a baby every night. Everything was clean, well-designed, and had a really welcoming vibe. But honestly, the best part was having a great host like Javier. He’s such a kind and sincere person who truly cares about his guests. From the start, he made me feel at home, giving me tons of amazing recommendations for places to eat, explore, and experience the area like a local. He even let me check in my backpack early, which made my arrival so much easier. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. If you’re thinking about booking this place—do it! I’d love to come back again.
