We had an absolutely wonderful time at the cottage! The beautiful views and the soothing sounds of nature made for an unforgettable experience. It was the perfect getaway, and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Maximo and Annette were outstanding hosts – welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. Their hospitality truly made us feel at home. We also want to give a special shoutout to German and Lucky, who took great care of us during our stay. Their help and kindness made our experience even better, and we really appreciate them. This was a 10/10 stay, and we can’t wait to come back!

Excelente atención del anfitrión! todo coincidía con su información en la app y el muy pendiente de nuestras necesidades y de más! El lugar muy bonito, amplio, con todo lo que anuncia y en buena ubicación para salir ya sea por mar o caminando! Sin duda será mi opción para cuando regrese a Livingston!

Der Blick aus dem Bett auf das Meer ist traumhaft! Die Cabins sind einfach, aber schön eingerichtet. Es sind nur wenige Treppenstufen bis zum (fast) privaten Strand und zu Fuß sind es nur wenige Minuten bis zum Pier und zur Hauptstraße. Wir konnten bereits sehr früh einchecken. Einziger Nachteil: es gibt (noch) kein warmes Wasser im Badezimmer. Ansonsten war alles super!

A really unique location. A wooden house in the middle of nowhere. The final part from the family house/restaurant to the house you do by kayak. The culmination of experiencing nature. You can only hear animals and the wind. And then, the family. So hospitable. Incredible. This location is very remote, but also a very unique experience. I would recommend 2, max. 3 nights.

Muy bonito lugar, bastante tranquilo nos gustó la casa, ya que está frente al mar, la persona que nos recibió y nos dio las llaves fue muy amable. También Meibe fue muy amable, aunque no los conocimos en personas estuvieron pendientes y contestaban rápido los mensajes. Solo talvez algo que mejorar sería la entrada ya que si uno va caminando en época de lluvia hay mucho lodo, y es un poco difícil caminar. Gracias a que hay un camino de cemento se logra pasar una parte sin lodo. Pero no es obstáculo para poder disfrutar el ambiente que brindan. Sin duda regresaremos!

Hermoso lugar ubicado en un lugar muy seguro y céntrico. Alex estuvo al pendiente de todo, a cualquier hora. La cama es super comoda y el lugar es muy limpio. Agua caliente y un aire acondicionado hicieron de mis vacaciones lo maximo! Gracias Alex, Nos vemos pronto!

El lugar muy bonito, muy limpio todo, el anfitrión con su esposa muy amable, quedamos encantados con el servicio que nos prestaron, siempre estuvieron atentos a cualquier necesidad que tuviéramos, muy amigables, muy serviciales. El único detalle es la ubicación, está muy alejado del pueblo, el camino es de terracería, pero todo vale la pena porque es muy tranquilo el lugar, hay que ir preparados con comida o Joel y su esposa lo ayudan con cocinar. Valió la pena todo, mi familia y yo quedamos muy contentos, muy satisfechos por todo. La casa es increíble, la playa es prácticamente privada. Es súper recomendado.

Lovely 3 self-contained individual rental units

We had a great stay at Wanigi Guesthouse, and Sherlett was a wonderful host. The guesthouse is in a prime location: very close to the airport, and is a short walk to most restaurants and multiple markets. The James bus stop (located across the street from the bank/park) is also within walking distance. The guesthouse was very clean, had cooking supplies (pots/pans, a coffee maker, & a small fridge with a freezer), and a lovely front porch. The A/C was perfect after a hot day, and the hot water in the shower was very nice to have. Sherlett provided a 5-gallon drinking water jug and refill (dependent on local business’s holidays/availability). She also gave very helpful directions and recommendations for our stay.

Great location, facilities as in the pictures, clean place with wifi. Mia was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately there was a small technical issue which they tried to solve but they couldn’t get mechanic arrive the same day. (Most probably solved already now.) So Mia offered to move me into other apartment, they had car drive me to the new location and off the next day as it was further away. This was much more than I could have expected! I enjoyed my stay and Thank you Mia for all the help! :)

La estancia fue cómoda y agradable. Cuentan con amplio estacionamiento, el lugar es fácil de ubicar. Julio ha sido muy amable y nos apoyó en todo momento. Recomendamos el lugar.

julio and his family are amazing helpfull people who will go the extra mile to make sure you can navigate the Rio Dulce. Please keep in mind to ask Julio questions about how to get there and how collectivo lanchas work or you may find yourself hiring a private boat for much more expensive. If I know how beautiful this place would be I would have spent 2 weeks here!

¡Qué maravilla de lugar! Mi familia y yo tuvimos una estadía absolutamente fantástica en esta joya de Airbnb. Desde el momento en que llegamos, el anfitrión nos recibió con una calidez y amabilidad que te hacen sentir como en casa, ¡pero una casa mucho más bonita!
