Lovely property as advised in a peaceful, accessible neighborhood. If you're looking for a cozy and clean homestay in the center of the city, this is the place to go to. Kash was a wonderful host. She gave great instructions on everything we might had to know. We never had to ask for anything as it was all taken care of. Highly recommend.

For me Mr.Arun's place is convenient because of it close proximity to SRMC where we go for the annual medical check ups. He and his family have always been very responsive and accomodating.Apartment is maintained well and I am happy to see the consistency since this is my second stay there. I would definitely recommend this place to others who want to stay near SRMC, Saveetha campus and Poonamallee.

Booked Satish’s place for 5 Days for my family. Felt at home. It’s a cozy place in a serene and peaceful neighbourhood. Many restaurants, bakeries in walkable distance. Place was neat and clean and well maintained. Host was just a phone call away. Overall nice experience.

This is the second time I'm staying in this flat. I stayed in this flat for 5 days without any issues. Before my stay, I worried how the flat is going to be, but I felt very relaxed after entering into this flat. This apartment is a bigger community with all amenities. Flat is very neat as seen exactly in pics and Ashraf sir provided all required things before entering, including water. Everyday he checks if I'm facing any problems and ready to provide required support. He gave all instructions to keep my stay pleasant. Never felt that I'm staying in an unknown place with the way he treated his guests. He is always reachable whenever in need. Location is in prime area, very close to main road as we can get everything we need, with all shops around within the range of 5 mins walk. I like it very much and always prefer to stay next time when I come to Chennai. Thank you very much Ashraf ji for all the support and making my stay very comfortable.

Was a nice quiet place away from town. Was travelling with pet and family and had no major issues surrounding field view from the balcony was nice in the morning

I had an amazing stay at Priya’s Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, everything felt warm and welcoming. The positive vibrations in the house made it an absolute pleasure to stay in. The apartment looks exactly like the photos, but in reality, it’s even cleaner and more well-maintained. The kitchen was fully stocked, making it easy to prepare meals, and the bed linen, towels, and blankets were spotless. The Wi-Fi worked flawlessly, and the parking area was a great convenience. Commuting to and from the location was effortless, and having Kapaleshwar Temple within walking distance was an added bonus. Priya is a wonderful host—she is always approachable and attentive, ensuring that even the smallest requests were taken care of almost immediately. The neighbours in the building were also friendly, which added to the overall comfort of the stay. From the very first day, it truly felt like home. If given the chance, I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Loved the place! Host was friendly, housekeeper was very responsive. Place is very clean and exactly like the photos, actually more spacious than it looks in the photos. Location is a little far from tourist attractions, we already had rented a scooter before coming here, so that worked well for us But honestly, I enjoyed this Airbnb more than the tourist attractions I went to (lol) Dogs are cute.. they barked initially, but became friends in matter of minutes Very homely, peaceful place, Worth the price! Will 100% visit again the next time I'm in the city

The society where the accommodation is located is very welcoming and had easy access to all the amenities . The complex had nice walking pathways and was very lively particularly during the festival season. The apartment had two desk areas which was very convenient for both of us to work . Overall we had a great stay

Stay was comfortable. The host was responsive and addressed our queries. The key (inside the locker experience) was not so smooth. We had to call the local guard to get the security code of the locker. This could have been better. Had the guard not pick up our phone for telling the locker code, we would have unnecessarily waited at the gate of the apartment!

Undoubtedly a Very pleasant stay for me and my family. Highly hygienic and comfortable place to live. well if you are visiting this place, then be aware you can't leave this place...hahaha you will definitely fall in love. every room has a charector and you would love to spend time in every part of the house. special mention the fishes in the balcony, the jhula in the living room, the guitar, the dining room, all of these are too addictive 😀😀 I will be back soon 😀😀

It was a lovely home and was equipped with all one could ever need. The open feel due to the adjacent plot being vacant was super especially when it rained. A suggestion to consider installing air conditioning as one evening became a little warm. We’d happily go back again!
