Sita in un piccolo borgo,abitato solo d'estate, che si chiama "Gutturu'eFlumini". Distante dalla strada principale,adagiata sulla collina ed affacciata sul mare, è immersa in un giardino verde e ricco di piante e di ombra.Presenta tutto quello che si può avere come se si fosse a casa propria. Costituita da due appartamenti (quello al piano "terra" lo usiamo come "pied-à-terre", non appena abbiamo del tempo...), ed assolutamente indipendenti tra loro,è fronte mare, a due minuti di cammino....

This warm cottage is situated only 300 from a sandy bay ,600metres from sand dunes and Torre dei Corsari beach.  Stands for eating and relaxing can be found there.

The flat is located in the coastal area of Gutturu e Flumini (Marina di Arbus). Among the main features of this coast we have wide beaches with a beautiful sea, all surrounded by the Mediterranean scrub and its scents. The village is a quiet place, and the house's strong points include the view of the sea and the proximity to the beach, which you can easily reach by walking. Our house and Costa Verde have something in common: simplicity.
