Gorgeous Irvington Apartment

Historic Irvington home, located on quiet, safe, tree lined street in the center of one of Portland's best neighborhoods. Your private apartment was recently renovated, and features stylish design, furnishings and a spacious, open layout. Walking/biking distance to the best restaurants, coffee shops and night life in the city. Close to public transportation. *There are two medium (30lb), very sweet dogs on the property. Once in awhile they will bark, but they are harmless. Photos in listing.

Awesome updated apartment in Old Portland home. Great amenities! 24 hr keyless, private entry. Completely separate apartment. 10 years as a LEGAL Airbnb, legit not fake Permit (many aren't); and Super Hosts. Quiet, shaded courtyard sitting area. Quiet apt. No kids, pets, or smokers live here. Fast WIFI, full kitchen, HDTV, CATV, W/D. 2024 laminate; tile. Unusual perks: Well-lit, level, easy street parking. Quiet street. 15-20' to PDX 24/7. Walkable to SE Portland's best food, pubs, shops, etc.

Charming Studio Near Great Food and Shopping

Perfect Portland hideaway! Fully equipped studio apartment situated within walking distance to Belmont and Hawthorne street, these areas offer some of the best of everything Portland has to offer! Numerous funky coffee shops, locally owned restaurants, boutiques, brewpubs and clothing shops. Fifteen minute to downtown Portland, the Rose and Japanese gardens, kayaking and endless hiking trails. Less than 2 hours to the beach or Mt Hood. Keyless entry for those late night arrivals, wifi & cable.

Our home is nestled between the Pearl District and Alphabet District in Northwest Portland, which boast some of Portland's best restaurants, bars, and shops. Modern Comfort | Stylish 2BD in heart of PDX

This is a fantastic 2 BR apartment with a great kitchen and spacious living room/dining room. The apartment is situated with close proximity to many great eastside neighborhoods, the Oregon Convention Center, the MAX Lloyd stop, and is only a few minutes from downtown. The decor is mod-chic with a Portland flare. The beds are super comfortable and the kitchen is fully equipped!
