This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. Dalmatian house in Upper Podgora. Great for couples, cyclists, hikers, older ones. Pleasant climate and beautiful ambience in lavender, peaceful surroundings. 10 min from the beach. Near the entrance to nature park Biokovo (1 km) and Skywalk. If you want you can go with a car in Podgora, Tučepi or Makarska, you will be there in a 10 min drive.

Very comfy and a bright space. Apartment has four stars. It is placed in the quiet part of Jelsa, but still really close to the city center. First beach is 2 minutes walk from the apartment. Market is 5 minutes walk, same as the main square.
