Fully furnished, fully air conditioned, luxury 3 bedroom apartment, 100 meters from the beach. Size 90.3 m2. Kitchen includes all appliances, such as washing machine, dish washer, refrigerator, , cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle and many more. Can sleep six adults (in real beds) plus two babies in baby cots. The flat has two double beds and two single beds in 3 bedrooms. In the living room, the sofa bed becomes a bed, and technically, 2 more persons could sleep there, for a total of 8 persons. Note that the flat has one full bathroom only, so I dont recommend 8 persons as the flat will be too crowded. The prices are for the flat, up to 6 persons, baby cots and high chairs are provided on request at no extra charge. If you intend to have 7 or 8 persons, you need to inform me at the time of booking. The flat enjoys a privileged location in the middle of the Pernera resort area, about 100 meters from a sandy beach. Beach area in front of the flat features grass area with umbrellas and sunbeds. Within just 100 meters from the flat there is a bakery, supermarket, convenience store, and many restaurants, cafes and lounge bars. On the sea front, a pedestrian path connects Pernera with Protaras Center, approximately 2km away, or 20-30 minutes walk. At check-in, the flat is clean, with clean sheets and bath towels for up to 6 guests, during the stay clients have to keep the flat clean, otherwise a cleaning can be requested at 60 Euros each (including new linen). Guests booking more than 21 days receive a second set of linen and towels at no extra charge. The flat has unlimited wifi at no extra charge, on the 55-inch smart tv there is 42 local and international channels, available via the Primetel app. Taxi pick up and transfer from the Larnaca Airport to the flat and back is available in a stretch taxi or van on advance request.
