Novo je izgrađena te dizajnerski uređena, pazeći se na svaki detalj. Od centra mjesta je udaljena oko 1 km gdje se nalaze popularne plaže, restorani, barovi i razni drugi sadržaji. U sklopu objekta nalazi se prostrani parking s 4 parkirna mjesta. Odmah pokraj smještaja nalazi se i park za djecu.
