Varsity Creek (College Heights) Bachelor Suite

Pet-friendly bachelor suite with private entrance centrally located in College Heights. Suite backs on to private garden/patio & forested public walking trails. Public transit, groceries, clothing outlets, restaurants, big box stores and a 24hr fitness all within a few minutes walk. We are a family oriented home, as such, you may hear the sounds of tiny feet but usually not between the hours of 9pm to 7am. Size isn't everything! In fact it doesn't really matter. This truly tiny house comes in at only 180sq ft. yet offers the comforts of home and maybe a little adventure. Up the Ladder in the loft you'll find a king size bed, in the washroom a shower with a handmade penny floor and composting toilet, outside is a fenced yard shared with our young family and friendly dog. A very bright & spacious newly renovated two bedroom suite. Minutes away to most of Prince George amenities including the hospital and College and is located in a quiet neighborhood. we are pet friendly and charge $10 per night for each pet.
