The Mandeville is the first net-zero accommodation in PEC and the only one located centrally in Wellington. The one-bedroom apartment fully occupies the top floor of a newly renovated carriage house. From the private rooftop patio, you enter the place and will experience the serenity of being surrounded by natural materials. The village, restaurants, and beach are all within walking distance from the place, and bring your bikes to access the local wineries just north of Wellington.

Bloomfield's Lofty Lookout (Sandbanks Pass, AC)

Cozy loft in a duplex with stunning views located outside of Bloomfield, within a few minutes drive to the Sandbanks, wineries and Picton/ Wellington. Guests have use of the huge backyard, deck overlooking hundreds of acres of nature, and the fire pit. Master bedroom has a king size bed, and both bedrooms have memory foam pillows. Converted Elementary School - The Library

This private suite with 2 bedrooms and kitchenette has a separate entrance and loads of space. This room is a conversion of a public school library and offices. The secretary's office has one king bed, and the principal's office has a queen bed. The sofa folds down into a bed. We are dog friendly. An extra cot is available for $25 per night.
