Excellent Airbnb space right on the water. Outdoor amenities are 👌 Extremely well supplied kitchens- outdoor and indoor. Small inside kitchen but it’s all about the beautiful outdoor space. Quiet area perfect for relaxation. Shops and farms nearby drive. Very responsive hosts if any issue arises. Would recommend.

Cottage is very clean, kitchen is fully stocked and host is very informative.

The place was very clean and week equipped. The bottle of wine and snacks left for us was a nice touch. The lot tub was definitely the highlight!

Me and a group of girlfriends had a great weekend away! We stayed for two nights and the hosts check in to make sure we had everything we needed😊 . It is very close to many wineries. The beds were also very comfortable! Thank you for a great stay!

A perfect place for our family to enjoy time together - all generations! Accommodation was perfect for a family. Generous sharing of toys for the children! Absolutely loved the view - and the hot tub, sauna and fire pit helped us create special family memories during spring break. Joanie is a generous host and was super responsive to all of our queries. We really appreciated the family feel of the home alongside the delightful decoration and extra provisions. We would give 6 stars if that was possible! We were truly blessed by our stay. Thank you!

East Shores Resort was a cute little community of cottages that sleep 4-6ppl. Everyday they had a calendar of events or activities. You could walk or ride your bike down to the beach for any non motorized boat use (Kayak, canoe, paddle boards). The resort had a family and an adult only pool, playground and family area, tennis and basketball courts. We had lots of fun trying pickle ball. Sandbanks Provincial Park was just a short 10 mins drive you have to reserve 5 days in advance. Addy provides you with the yearly pass so its free to go which is a added bonus. Sandbanks PP has three large beaches and all great for kids. Fluffy cloud sand. The cottage was well equipped with a full kitchen, BBQ and linens. We enjoyed a fire pit dinner on our last night at the communial fire pit for our block of 6 cottages. Great spot for any occasion. Everyone was very welcoming and the pool was nicely heated!

C’était un bel endroit dans une belle communauté. L’emplacement était parfaite, près de la plage, des commodités, bon restaurants, café. À environ 12 minutes du centre-ville et de la plage. L’hôte a laissé un cahier avec les endroits recommandables à visiter. Bel attention! La plupart des choses semblait propres mais certaines détails restaient à désirer (rideau de douche sale, robinet de la cuisine encrassé, certains équipements de cuisine abîmé ou brisé, verre à vin avec des tâches de lèvre). Soyez attentif au moment de la location afin que les services annoncés soient offerts (location d’équipement aquatique, animation). Autrement, l’hôte a été très réactif et agréable! Nous recommandons cet endroit et nous envisageons y retourner.

My mother and her friends had the most amazing girls' trip at this beautiful waterfront cottage in Napanee! The cottage itself was cozy, clean, and perfectly equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. The view of the water was absolutely stunning — we spent hours just sitting on the deck/ hot-tub, chatting and taking it all in. We loved the little touches like the cozy throws, board games, and the fully equipped kitchen. A huge shoutout to Michelle, our host, who was incredibly proactive and welcoming. From the moment we booked, she made sure we had all the information we needed and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. You can really tell she cares about her guests' experience. This trip was exactly what we needed to unwind and reconnect, and we’re so grateful to Michelle for helping make it so special. Highly recommend this little slice of paradise — we’re already planning our next visit!

We were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary a little early to catch the fall colours. We could not have been happier with this choice. The setting was beautiful and peaceful. Leo the dog was the perfect greeter. Tony could not have been a better host. His restaurant recommendations were spot on! We will definitely go back there! Leslie & Jim

A great place to stay. Very clean and had everything you could need ready to go. The area is also great with the Sandbanks in close proximity as well as a few smaller conservation areas to hike. Will definitely be back.

Great location for our first time in PEC and in the Spring. We wanted something outside of town with water views and this delivered. Arriving at Desta feels like coming somewhere you’ve been before and the nights were very quiet. Only a 5 minute drive from downtown Picton to grab a croissant & latte in the morning or dinner in the evenings. There is no fenced in yard for pups (as mentioned in the listing) but there is a large outdoor space to bring them out on leash. Brenda was very informative and friendly, she knows the area extremely well (especially about dog friendly places!).

C'était notre deuxième visite à ce chalet, notre troisième dans la County et c'était encore une fois à la hauteur. L'endroit est charmant, le voisinage très agréable, l'emplacement très relaxant. Stephen et Rosa sont très réactifs. L'endroit est très mignon , vous pouvez profiter des paysages de la campagne de PEC tout en étant suffisamment proche de Sandbanks ou Picton. On n'hésitera pas à revenir une troisième fois.

My sister and I had a great time at Ryan’s Airbnb. The place was beautiful. Nice sized livingroom - comfortable couch. The kitchen was well equipped with everything to cook with - coffee provided. Loved sitting out on the deck and watching the ducks!! Miranda brought over a bouquet of beautiful tulips - how did she know I love tulips! All in all a special place with special memories. Ryan went well beyond expectations to make our sister time priceless!! Thank you Ryan and Miranda!!

What an incredible stay! The house is absolutely stunning, very clean, and so welcoming. Ken was responsive and very proactive with providing recommendations and telling us all about the local spots we should check out. We would absolutely stay with Ken again, and encourage others to do so as well.

This home is an absolute gem and we loved our stay here! The design of the place was fantastic and the views were unbeatable. A few notes, though: - can't take baths as the plug doesn't close all the way - some flickering lights in the bathroom - one bedroom light doesn't work - living room light switch is a bit confusing (seems to be wired upside down) - house instructions are somewhat incorrect/unclear (i.e. where to place garbage) Golshan was very quick to respond to any technical issues we had during our stay. Our stay at Carmella’s farmhouse was truly unforgettable! The location was absolutely perfect—right on the Golden Mile, with vineyards as your neighbors. The property itself was stunning, offering incredible views for days and an authentic county experience. The renovated farmhouse was chic, cozy, and inviting. From the spacious bedrooms with large, comfortable beds and TVs to the fantastic wood-burning stove that kept us warm and cozy, every detail made us feel right at home. Our dog had the time of their life exploring the trails and running freely across the beautiful landscape. The outdoor spaces were a dream, relaxing on the patio or in the gazebo, listening to the birds and the gentle breeze, made it feel like time slowed down. It was the perfect getaway from the city. Carmella was a wonderful host, responsive, thoughtful, and checked in to ensure we had everything we needed. We loved this place so much that simply being there became a highlight of our vacation.

The Hay Bay Hideaway exceeded our group's wildest dreams for the perfect End of Summer get-away. We could not have asked for a more peaceful and unique property and home, with exceptionally communicative, helpful, and gracious hosts. Our group of 10 slept comfortably in the 5 bedrooms this historic home offers, indulged in the well stocked pantries, utilized the gorgeous selection of vintage dish-ware, and experienced cozy nights by the beautiful wood stove fireplaces while enjoying a wide array of musical instruments available throughout the home. This property backs onto a private inlet with still, lily pad covered water, visited by blue herons, kingfishers, blue jays and many other woodland friends. We also enjoyed the various watercrafts, including a row boat, pedal boat, and canoe on the open water that connects directly to the small inlet. The experience was incredibly unique, absolutely smooth and accessible, and deeply memorable. A return trip is definitely in the works :)

The cottage was beautiful. We were lucky to have no one beside us for most of our stay so it was very private. Brandon was wonderful and had the shoreline cleaned up when the weeds got bad. I would be happy to rent again, this is an amazing piece of property. Thank you
