Very clean, beds and pillows are really comfortable. View is terrific. Very quite location. Air conditioners for the bedrooms was appreciated.

This review is WAY overdue! All my communication with Dave was timely, kind, and super friendly. All the instructions were super thorough and clear for us during our stay. The property is right on the lake which made our stay incredibly peaceful. Everything was super clean and tidy upon arrival and check in was seamless. A huge huge thank you for everything! Anyone who stays here is in for a real treat and will have absolute peace of mind. Many thanks!

The perfect place to stay for our family! We are from Western Washington & where over for my sisters wedding. The house was super spacious and comfy, with separate wings for each person to stay in! The house house has a fully stocked kitchen with all that you need, beds were super comfy & everything was clean! We would recommend to anyone & stay again for sure!

This is a great rental! The area is beautiful and it has an awesome outdoor area on the river! Melissa was super responsive and very helpful! We would definitely book here again!

Our three generation family just spent 5 nights here. We all loved it, so much so that we want to go again and hopefully make it a family tradition to spend time there. Very easy to get to. It looks just like the pictures. House was big enough for all of us but still cozy, comfortable and warm. Haviing the extra yard space was nice for privacy and quiet. Kitchen has everything you need--every time we said "wonder if they have _____", they did! Having an extra fridge in the carport was great, especially for beverages. The deck is an amazing place to watch the lake, play games, eat, visit, or even nap--and so quiet and peaceful, even in the rain. The dock and beach is great fun, and our paddle boarders especially loved it. Trish is simply the best host we've ever had--gave us clear directions and responded almost instantly to every question. I would give this place more than five stars if I could!

Craig's place was perfect. Perfectly furnished, beautiful location on the river, and close (even walkable) to the restaurants and stores of Priest River. I would definitely stay again. Thanks for the great stay!

This beautiful house overlooks the lake and mountains. It provided my family with comfortable and private rooms and also had lovely common spaces such as the chef’s kitchen and peaceful deck. The hot tub was wonderful to relax while taking in the sunset. Joya was very responsive and friendly.

Walking distance to Dover City Beach & Marina. We bicycled into town Sandpoint for Dinner. It was a cozy spot and also had more room than I anticipated.

We loved vacationing at this location with our boat. The house was very clean and homey. There was excellent outdoor dining space on the big porch and outdoor lounge area near the water. The kitchen is very well stocked and the beds were comfortable.

We had an amazing family vacation at this Airbnb! The space was spotless, clutter-free, and beautifully decorated, with super comfortable beds that made for great sleep. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, and the appliances were top-notch, making it easy to keep things tidy. We loved relaxing in the hot tub, which was perfectly warm and sparkling clean. The dock and the stunning lake views were the highlights of our stay, providing a serene spot to unwind with breathtaking scenery. Every detail was thoughtfully planned, making this a perfect getaway. We can’t wait to come back!

This place was so beautiful, and well stocked. Hosts are so accommodating, definitely where I'll be staying when I come back.

The home was warm, cozy and clean. Easily accessible, private and peaceful. Billie Jean was fantastic at communicating and was quick to respond. We arrived late and she left the lights on for us and had the temperature set to a comfortable and cozy setting. To top it off she left us a bowl of fresh chicken eggs to enjoy during our stay and continued to check in to ensure our experience was exceptional! Hands down would definitely stay again!

Whether you need a great getaway or a treat for a respectful group of employees staying out of town for a week I recommend this spot. I had all 3 employees personally thank me for finding such a nice place to call home for a week. The communication and responsiveness was great and the instructions of expectations were very clear. This house is top of my list for cleanliness. Very cute inside. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. Every detail was thought of to make our stay comfortable and convenient.

By far the best equipped Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in! All the kitchen tools we could possibly need, lots of extra towels, very nice shampoo/conditioner/bodywash/sugar scrub. The home was plenty spacious enough for our group of 10. The hot tub was well utilized and we loved snowshoeing around the property. We had lots of fun on the tire zip line too! Having a washer and dryer was great. The beds and pillows were comfortable and there was a huge collection of movies. We loved the big, comfy couch as well. The home was easy to find and really perfect for our Girl Scout troop’s weekend get away. Several of the girls said they’d like to make it an annual thing. I agree! No complaints, 5 stars all the way.

We could tell that Robert and Ellen went to work for us. We had everything we needed and then some. They are thorough, detail oriented and very pleasant to interact with. Splitting the cost with a couple of good friends made it reasonable. First morning saw an owl out of the window out from the porch in the trees. Firs night saw a huge bull moose right under the porch. Looked like he thought it was as his home. Looking forward to visiting again next year.

We loved our stay here. The cabin was roomy and perfect for us and our boys.

We stayed here for our annual boys ski/snowboard trip and this was a great spot for us. Between 8 people, we had all of the space we needed when everyone was at the house. The living room was big enough for everyone to sit around watching ski movies. The kitchen was a great gathering space and had everything we needed to cook the occasional meal throughout the weekend. The hot tub was crucial for recovery after skiing all day and we had three full bathrooms so no one was ever waiting for a shower. The house is just 25-30 minutes from the ski hill. Also it is just across the long bridge to Sandpoint and Bonner Taxi was a great help in getting us to and from the night life. I would absolutely stay here again.

Comfy space up on the hill and close to the lake. Walkable to restaurants and quick drive to Farragut Park for a hike. Wild turkey, quail, deer, and elk all spotted close to home. Very relaxing few days here in Bayview

10/10 would book again! Great way to end our ski season!!!!

We had a wonderful time! The house was is completely stocked with everything we needed from kitchen to bedrooms to bathrooms. There was plenty of space to spread out. We especially enjoyed our morning coffee on the deck! Maureen was very responsive to an issue we had and it was resolved quickly. We would definitely stay here again!
