“Mizu House” Cozy and modern lake house

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway nestled on the banks of west Long Lake. Just minutes north of Alpena, enjoy lounging by the fireplace in the winter and sipping tea and watching the boats drift by on the patio in the summer. This 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom also includes a dock for your boat in the summer as well as a fire pit for evening s’mores. Kayak the the creek next door to the property or catch fish on beautiful long lake, winter or summer. Hiking, biking and adventures await.

Black Lake Cabin Retreat

Clean cabin with UP NORTH log furniture nestled above the picturesque sunset side of beautiful BLACK LAKE! Black Lake is a 10,000 acre all sports lake. The cabin sits on a hill (not on the lake) about 35 ft from another home on 40 acres and has 105 ft of private lake frontage shared with my another unit. Wildlife along with flower gardens throughout the property. Black Mountain Recreational Area is 10 minutes away. Mackinaw, Petoskey, Ocqueoc Falls 45 minutes away. Restaurants 10 minutes away.

It is centrally located on beautiful Long Lake, featuring an all-sand beach and lake bottom out front - every swimmer's dream. Take a short boat ride down to the sandies for weekend entertainment. On-site pontoon rentals are available. There are also kayaks and a paddle boat to use. This home is only 8 miles from Alpena and 6 miles from Rockport Recreational Area.
