Located in a quiet area 200 metres from Predeal centre and 500 metres from the Clabucet Ski Slope, Villa Casa Dunarea offers free WiFi in all areas, free private parking and a terrace with barbecue facilities. Location is at 5 minutes by walk to the ski slopes and 2-3 minutes from mini-markets and restaurants from the Poiana. Studio Adela offers accommodation in the most famous mountain station , Poiana Brasov. The studio has a kitchenette equipped with a microwave,minibar,stove, dishes,tools for kitchen,dining area. Towels, bed linen and toilet paper are provided in the property. There is a a private bathroom inside with shower column . You can serve your morning coffee on the balcony .

Aveti curte cu mese, gratar, masa de ping-pong, garaj pentru depozitat la dispozitie. Apartamentul are 3 dormitoare, 3 bai , un salonas de mancat, o bucatarie cu aragaz si dotarile necesare. Apartamentul este decomandat , cu intrarea separata din curte. Vila este la 600 m, 10 minute de mers pe jos pana la partia de schi Clabucet.
