Nerium Penthouse

Between the beautiful Renaissance and Baroque palaces in the heart of Trogir, lies our apartment. It's infused with modern touches while remaining true to it's heritage, and centuries old features. It is situated on the second floor of the old townhouse. The main gate and courtyard are the entrance to the old townhouse complex, with the old stone staircase leading to the first floor and the entrance of the Penthouse. Another flight of steep narrow stairs leads to the second floor, and attic.

Holiday In Bol offers full equipped 4-star accommodation with ocean view and terrasses. The studio apartment features a king-size bed, a flat-screen TV with free access to NETFLIX, free WiFi, air conditioning and a full equipped kitchen. You have access to a wash machine and dryer. We are offering free private parking spaces. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. There are many restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. The nearest beach is 600 m and the center 300 m away from the house.

It's a part of a Villa complex "Fjera", that consists of 2 houses. The whole complex can be rented at the same time over our profile as well. Centre of Pučišća, including the market, post office, bus station and pharmacy is on a 5 min walk distance. Beach is on a 300 meters distance.

Apartman se nalazi na trećem katu kuće koja se nalazi u neposrednoj blizini centra grada (5 minuta ugodne šetnje uz more) te sa balkona ima otvoreni pogled na more i otoke budući se kuća nalazi u prvom redu uz more.
