D'une superficie de 50m2, articulée sur trois espaces: une cuisine ouverte (entièrement équipée à neuf), salon - salle à manger très lumineux; une chambre à coucher (lit double); une salle d'eau-WC. Chacun des 3 espaces étant équipé d'une porte fenêtre qui vous mène à un jardin privatif de 200m2.

Découvrez ce T3 dans une résidence calme et arborée à Prayssac, à deux pas de la rivière. Il offre une terrasse ombragée avec vue sur le parc, idéale pour manger en plein air. L'appartement comprend deux chambres (dont une avec lits séparés), une salle de bain avec baignoire, et le Wi-Fi gratuit. Profitez de la piscine (de juin à septembre), des jeux pour enfants, terrains de volley et pétanque, ping-pong, et parking gratuit. Le centre de Prayssac est à 15 min à pied ou 3 min en voiture.

Bienvenue à Calvayrac, colline verdoyante qui domine la vallée du Lot ! Célia et Vincent vous accueillent dans un logement entier tout juste rénové, à la douce déco récup'. Entourés de verdure vous profiterez d'un grand espace extérieur privé et de bois à proximité. Le logement est très lumineux avec entrée indépendante d'une surface d'environ 70 mètres carrés . Il est au rez-de-jardin de notre maison, isolée sans voisin proche, où nous vivons avec nos deux jeunes enfants.

Petite maison en pierre, indépendante, située au coeur du bourg de Pomarède. Pomarède est situé à 10 min en voiture de Prayssac (et de tous ses commerces de proximité), à 5 min de Frayssinet-le-Gélat (boulangerie, superette, plan d'eau) et à 35 min en voiture de Cahors. De belles balades à pied ou en vélo sont à faire aux alentours. L'été, de part son orientation et sa pierre, la maison vous permettra d' être au frais.
