Smith Cabin

Our property is 1/2 mile from Pratt. It consists of two acres with the Ninnescah River running through the North end of the property. We also have a shelter for hunting dogs. You’ll love our place because of the coziness, the country location, and the amenities. Our place is good for couples, families, hunters, horse owners, business travelers, and groups. After our base fee of two guests, we charge $50 per night for extra guests 18 and over. This allows us to accommodate all sized groups.

Come enjoy this unique experience of staying in a newly renovated train car that actually used to be used for transporting goods along the rails between Chicago and Las Angeles. Come enjoy the peaceful, quiet, wide open spaces where we have chosen to park this boxcar, walk out through through the patio doors onto the back deck and soak up the beautiful sunsets surrounding you, not to mention the sunrises you are able to see in the mornings! Art Barn in the Country/Working Metal Art Studio

Come and enjoy our peaceful country setting surrounded by wildflowers and wildlife. We have a walking trail with a couple of exercise stations and 2 holes of pasture golf and 2 baskets for disc golf. There is a pickle ball/basketball court, lit dance floor and room to play outdoor games. You might want to enjoy an evening picnic in the lit tree area. Our open vistas provide for great cloud and star watching as well as amazing sunrises and sunsets. Outdoor seating on front and back porches.

The upstairs loft houses the master bedroom with queen bed + full bath, while the main level below boasts an open layout (queen sofa and loveseat + full bath) with decks off all entries (1st and 2nd stories), allowing for wildlife observation and spectacular evening star-gazing.

Come unplug and get away for a bit on the farm! We welcome you to our quaint and private guest apartment, with a country vibe. Situated across the lane from our 100 year old farm house just outside of Yoder, KS. You will find yourself in the heart of Amish community. If you enjoy farm animals, this is the place for you.... horses, cows, turkeys, chickens, guinea pigs, rabbits and plenty of farm cats and our faithful dog, Ginger can all be found. A simple breakfast will be provided.

You are withing walking distance to multiple restaurants and just off the main highway through town making a simple drive to the main hotspots and industry in the area. Right now the yard is not much of a looker but will be improved this spring!

The Loft

The Loft is a cozy & modern house perfect for your stay! This house is located 6 blocks west of downtown Pratt, and 2 blocks from Pratt High School and Blythe Family Fitness center. The loft comes with a large pellet grill available for guests to use, as well as a full kitchen, a coffee pot and Keurig combo, 3 TVs, and fast internet. Guests that stay will be provided with a keypad entry code.
