A fully air conditioned room with an ensuite bathroom, a private kitchenette and terrace, surrounded by a peaceful garden. the room apartment is completely private with own entrance Villa Familia is located at the heart of the island, 200 meters from the port and all facilities, shops, restaurants, beaches and parks. The harbour where Cat Cocos/Cat Rose berths is 5mins walk from our place. The bus stop is just across the road from the studio andyou will find it very easy to get around by bus. There's two grocery stores close by,one across the street and the other, 1 minute walk away .
