Boutique Design Loft in Fisherman's House

This typical fisherman's house, with 30m2, was rehabilitated in 2017, and now have: - Kitchen equipped with dishwasher, clothes and refrigerator, dining table and 2 chairs. - Living room with a comfortable sofa, TV, WI-FI. - WC with shower. - Mezzanine, with a access staircase, with double bed (160cmx180cm), writing desk and a charriot. Guests can access all areas except the storage area. Usually we will be present at the entrance and exit and available for any unforeseen situation. Stroll down to the water just a few steps away at the end of the road. Venture out and explore the neighbourhood filled with quaint houses, lovely restaurants, grocery stores, and coffee shops. Preferably walk as it your in the center of the village of Alcochete. Smoking is not allowed, nor bring pets. No parties or events allowed Children up to 1 year old for safety reasons, since there are no gates or doors on the stairs between the mezzanine / bedroom and the ground floor.

Fisherman's House - a boat ride from Lisbon

We recently recovered an old ruin in Trafaria, right by the Tejo river, with the help of Lisbon Architect Inês Brandão. The scenic Belém district lies just across the river, a short beautiful boat ride away. Stunning views and a quiet house with a private garden make this a prime location to enjoy the city of Lisbon, Trafaria's famous sea-food and fish restaurants on the river side, and the amazing coast of Caparica, a long sand beach that stretches over more than 20 km along the Atlantic ocean.

Arriving at Olival de São Filipe means first stopping to take in the view. The high location of the seven-hectare estate provides rich vistas. “Even more beautiful than in the pictures”, is a frequently heard response. The panorama is varied and changes constantly under the influence of the sun, clouds and water. You look out over the Atlantic Ocean, the Tróia peninsula - with a sandy beach as far as the eye can see - the Fort of São Filipe, the mouth of the Sado river and the city of Setúbal.

Mountain Chalet, crafted entirely from wood, presents a blend of mountain and seaside serenity. Accessible by foot (181 steps) or via a vehicle operated by staff for check in and out, the house guarantees absolute privacy. The house is separated in two structures, and offers an escape, where the hustle of cars is replaced by the presence of nature. Each bedroom, offers panoramic ocean vistas, ensuring every awakening is as breathtaking as the view. Walking distance from the beach!

WINTER MONTHS The house has central heating. A very efficient floor heating system keeps the house warm. You will not be cold, we guarantee it! Modern small house with outdoors, small pool and a 15 minute ride to the beaches. Recently renovated, a sliding door from the kitchen to the outdoor to take full advantage of the country's beautiful weather. Located near walking and bike paths of the Serra da Arrabida. Out of the ordinary. No airbnb services are allowed in our house at any time.

Traditional Beach House a few minutes from Lisbon

This house has been completely renovated and it´s located on the beach, facing the Atlantic Ocean. The beach has its own lifeguards who watch the beach during the summer. We are 10 min away from the center on foot through the beach or 2 min by train. In the center you find laundries, supermarkets, pharmacies, health centers, restaurants, etc. You can rent a bicycle or a car and take a tour. We are about 20 min from Lisbon and from the airport and about 15 min from the Hospital by car.

Famous for it’s large wild beaches, beautiful landscapes with centuries-old pines trees, high cliffs and golden sunsets. Casa Sal is a self-catering and non-serviced accommodation suitable for independent travelers. The cleaning of the house, bed linen and pool is made once a week.
