Apresenta uma arquitetura de traça tradicional, que remonta ao início do século passado. N' a moagem pratica-se uma filosofia com base no tradicional e sustentável. Look forward to a fantastic, unobstructed view of the wide Atlantic Ocean and the neighboring island of Pico with Portugal's highest mountain "Montanha do Pico", 2,351m. The jewel of the house is the large conservatory, wich is glazed on 3 sides inluding the roof, and which might be better be called a summer garden.
