Uită de grijile tale în această locuință spațioasă și liniștită. Apartament situat convenabil langa mall Value Center. Apartamentul are o bucătărie complet utilată, o zonă de living confortabilă cu un televizor cu ecran plat și un dormitor spațios. Situat la doar câteva minute de toate punctele de interes din Ploiesti, vei găsi, de asemenea, supermarket și restaurant la doar 100 de metri distanță. Transportul public este disponibil la câțiva pași. Parcarea gratuită este, de asemenea disponibilă.

Beautifully refurbished and stylishly decorated 2 bedroom apartment, our property is situated in the heart of the town, offering a genuine and authentic experience of Nehoiu – a wonderful mountain town. You’ll be just a few steps away from local shops, restaurants, and cafés. There are plenty of remarkable places waiting to be explored, such as Lake Siriu (20 minutes drive), the Mud Volcanoes (1 hour drive), or the outstanding Orthodox monasteries (Ciolanu, Rătești, Cârnu – within 1 hour drive).

Elma Studio este situat în Sinaia, o locație pitorească care oferă o priveliște deosebită asupra peisajelor montane. In cadrul complexului se gaseste o piscina, o sala de fitness si un bistro. Accesul este separat, CONTRA COST. Studio-ul este conceput pentru a găzdui până la patru persoane. Bucătăria este complet utilată pentru gătit și servit masa, asigurând astfel un confort maxim pe durata șederii, iar accentele de design sunt atent alese pentru a completa atmosfera caldă și primitoare.

Menționăm că accesul la zona spa/piscină se face în baza unei taxe de acces, care se achită la recepția piscinei. Situat la doar 5 minute de mers cu mașina de centrul stațiunii Sinaia sau pârtia de ski, apartamentul află într-o zonă liniștită a orașului Sinaia, avand o frumoasă vedere spre Munții Carpați. Decorat în nuanțe calde de lemn și pastel, aceasta emana o atmosferă relaxantă și primitoare. Designul boho-chic adaugă un plus de caracter și stil, creând un spațiu unic și confortabil.

There are a gym, pool and sauna on the premises, which you can access by paying the required fee, and also a bistro (menu in the pictures). Cat's Guest House

My house is a friendly one. I have 2 double bed rooms, where I can easily accommodate 4 people, with the possibility of adding an extra room for another 2 persons. A private kitchen and a fully equipped bathroom completes the guest house. You will have private acces so you can enjoy your privacy. The house is equipped with quite everything you need for a perfect stay. If I am home, you can join me in the climbing gym as well. Welcome!
