The whole apartment is completely renovated, everything new. The overall look is a combination of new and antique items, and very interesting stucco on the walls, which adds an extraordinary atmosphere to the whole apartment. There is also quality equipment from a café who can prepare great late and cappuccino. Completely new kitchen with large refrigerator and freezer, also with new equipment (electric appliances, etc.) The television is from Bank and Olufsen with 60 programs. In the bedroom is used a historical carved bed with a new high quality mattress as well as very high quality pillows and blankets. Bed linen is satin or damask. All apartment is only for you. This centrally located loft is very spacious (130sq meters) and the windows bath each room in light, however, blinds in the living room and black out blinds are on the windows in the bedroom to ensure a proper rest. Please note that the common premises are being renovated with the scheduled end of works by mid October 2024. There is no noise associated with the works.
