Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, jedoch nur wenige Gehminuten von einer U-Bahn- und Bushaltestelle entfernt. Auch eine Billa-Filiale sowie mehrere Restaurants befinden sich in der Nähe. Das Apartment ist modern eingerichtet, gemütlich und mit viel Liebe zum Detail dekoriert. Es bietet zahlreiche Möglichkeiten zum Entspannen – ob im Sessel, auf dem Sofa oder draußen auf der Terrasse. Auf der Terrasse laden eine Hollywood-Schaukel, ein Grill und stimmungsvolle Beleuchtung zum Verweilen ein. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich vorbereitet. Kornelie hat uns sogar eine Vase mit frischen Tulpen hingestellt – eine schöne Geste, die den ohnehin schon einladenden Aufenthalt noch besser gemacht hat. Die Küche ist großzügig geschnitten und bestens ausgestattet – sehr gut zum Kochen. Das Highlight für unsere größeren Kinder nach einem langen Tag in der Stadt war der riesige Fernseher mit vielen Streaming-Möglichkeiten. Kornelie ist äußerst freundlich, und hilfsbereit.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Jurij. Il a été réactif lorsqu'il nous manquait des choses ou que nous avions des questions et s'est toujours rendu disponible. Le logement est facilement accessible avec les bus 145 ou 152 depuis l'arrêt de métro/tram Kobylisy (métro C notamment). Le logement se trouve entre les arrêts Libenska et Cimice. D'ailleurs, du côté de l'arrêt Cimice, vous trouverez une petite superette ouverte de 6h à 23h ainsi qu'un ATM et une pharmacie. Pas loin il y a un Albert où vous pourrez faire vos courses jusqu'à 21h et pas loin de l'arrêt Repinska (avec le bus 152) vous aurez un Lidl. Si vous avez des enfants et que vous voulez allez au zoo ce sera également facile d'accès en prenant le bus 235 pas loin (arrêt Repinska). Le logement est situé dans un quartier calme et sécure. Il est très bien équipé y compris d'un grill intérieur très pratique pour faire cuire viande ou légumes rapidement pendant qu'on grignote des cacahuètes !

Everything was fine! Really quite and nice nature right around the house. It takes around 30 minutes with public transportation to be in the city center.

La casa és fantàstica, molt àmplia i acollidora. El Jirka sempre es troba disponible, ens va atendre i ajudar molt. Lloc ideal, tranquil, i a prop de Praga. Molt recomanat.

Mohu ubytování a Michala jenom pochválit. Vše bylo v naprosté pořádku. Hostitel nás přivítal, vše vysvětlil a dal tipy, kam zajít na jídlo, jak se dostat do centra atd. Vřele toto ubytování doporučuji.

We stayed 3 nights at this house which was great and spacious. The house is fully equipped with nice back garden.

Hana and Coenie’s beautiful and cozy property makes you feel right at home from the moment you enter—plenty of space for a large family, or in our case, a family of three. It is located in a peaceful, quiet, and serene neighborhood with easy access to the train or to the road for those who choose to drive. There are nice restaurants in the area if you don’t feel like going to Prague. We drove and had no issues getting to the home (contrary to another guest's comment). We were able to park right up to the front door. We loved this property and look forward to staying here during a future visit to Prague. We enjoyed looking at the mountain along with the chickens and ducks that live on the property.

The cottage is a magical place. Peaceful and gorgeous. We would love to come back! The hosts are super friendly and helped me a lot when I forgott to collect all my things from the place when I left there. Take enough water reserves with you if you are staying more then one day. It's not enough water to shower and wash l the dishes everyday when you eat there regulary. But being carefull with water was part of the charming, natural atmosphere. No complainins...

Ich kann diese Villa wärmstens empfehlen! Die Sauberkeit war erstklassig, der Pool sowie die Sauna waren ausgezeichnet. Insgesamt war es ein rundum tolles Erlebnis, das ich nur weiterempfehlen kann.

Vše bez chybičky - od počáteční komunikace po samotné ubytování s vřelým a milým přijetím, ochotou a vstřícností ! Není co vytknout a pokud budeme hledat z podobného důvodu, pro podobnou příležitost - víme, kam se obrátit. Ještě jednou moc děkujeme!

Very friendly host, the place is cozy and perfect for a getaway trip

Wir haben uns mit unseren 3 Kindern sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist ein wunderschöner ruhiger Ort mitten im Wald. Das Haus ist alt aber sauber. Thomas ist ein sehr zuverlässiger, freundlicher Gastgeber.

Super místo. Oáza klidu. Příjemná hostitelka, která se vším ráda pomohla. Ideální na odpočinek mimo Prahu.

Jakožto skupině přátel se nám ubytování maximálně líbilo. Baráček je skvěle vybavený a byl čistý. Paní Nikola odpovídala vskutku rychle a vždy nám vyšla vstříc. Toto ubytování můžu vskutku doporučit!

Vše proběhlo v naprostém pořádku. Ubytování odpovídalo popisu a fotkám. Komunikace probíhala rychle a bezproblémově. Stejně tak jako bezkontaktní přístup do ubytování a následný odjezd. Krásné okolí pro procházky. Ocenili jsme i možnost vzít s sebou psa za malý příplatek. Děkujeme za ubytování, moc jsme si to užili.

Unser Aufenthalt war wirklich toll. Prag ist eine tolle Stadt und die Unterkunft war sehr ansprechend. Die Einrichtung, besonders das Schlafsofa, und der Boden sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber nichts weshalb die Wohnung nicht gut zu bewerten wäre. Die Umgebung ist wirklich schön und sicher. Wir konnten direkt vorm Haus Park und haben dann für unsere Unternehmungen die Straßenbahn genommen, die auch direkt vorm Haus abfährt 👍🏾 wir haben Josef zwar nicht persönlich getroffen (muss auch nicht sein), aber die Kommunikation über den Chat war sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Alles in Allem eine wirklich gelungene Städtereise mit Kindern … sehr empfehlenswert…

Hezké ubytování, paní Marcela milá, ochotná, dobrá domluva na všem. Kuchyňka plně vybavena. Byli jsme spokojeni.

Appartamento molto spazioso e affascinante. La posizione non è centralissima ma la zona è molto elegante e ben servita.

S manželkou jsme se ubytovali na víkend a využili nedaleké podniky, ale i blízkost MHD a snadné cesty jinam po městě. Ubytování bylo příjemné bez nejmenších problémů. Velmi příjemné bylo i podlahové topení v koupelně!

Moc pěkné ubytování v klidné lokalitě i přesto, že jste stále v Praze, a to jen pár kroků od autobusové zástavky a lesem za zády. Veškerý komfort, který potřebujete jak pro práci, tak odpočinek. Pro odpočinek nebo pro domácí mazlíčky může člověk využít krásnou před zahrádku. Velmi vstřícní majitelé a skvělá komunikace. Byla jsem moc spokojena a ráda toto ubytování doporučím dál a ráda se vrátím.

Einfach...schön! Ruhig und naturnah. Warm und gemütlich. Auf dem Ofen kann man super kochen... ...und vom Klo aus wilde Tiere beobachten ;-) Wir überlegen schon, wann wir wieder kommen können. Danke Adela!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in Saschas wunderbaren Unterkunft. Ein sehr schönes altes historisches Gebäude daher etwas ringhörig. Sehr schöner Garten(Innenhof) leider sind da keine Hunde erlaubt. Die Unterkunft liegt im zweiten Stock und hat hohe Treppenabsätze ohne Lift, daher sollte man gut zu fuss sein. Die Unterkunft sieht genauso aus wie auf den Bildern. Da das Badezimmer eine Dachschräge hat ist es eher klein, aber zweckmäßig. Die Küche ist ebenfalls sehr süß eingerichtet leider im Bezug auf die Küchen Utensilien eher knapp ausgestattet. Da es keinen Geschirrspüler hat und die Küchen Utensilien(Geschirr) nach dem letzten Gast anscheinend nicht mehr überprüft worden waren hatte es viele Gebrauchsspuren. Für Café Liebhaber gibt es leider keine Espressomaschine. Sonst war die Unterkunft sehr charmant eingerichtet und wir haben uns sehr Wohlgefühl. Sascha ist eine tolle und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Die wir gerne weiterempfehlen.
