Au rez-de-chaussée : salon, cuisine avec espace repas, salle de bain. Chambre en mezzanine. En extérieur, vous pourrez profiter d’un jardin avec piscine et terrasse. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Based on the River Lot you have access to the river, the gardens and the surrounding countryside. You can swim, kayak, fish, hike or cycle from the house. The town of Prayssac is a short 5 minute drive away with a cinema, restaurants, Boulangerie and three supermarkets. Surrounded by vineyards you can visit the local vignobles and treat yourself to the Malbec wines of this region. You can also simply relax and admire the views.

Gîte des Rêves is situated in a quiet riverside location at the edge of a small rural commune called 'Cornus'. It is part of a larger village a few minutes away 'Cénevières', that boasts a stunning medieval chateaux. A small communal shop and a delightful brasserie, where you can have a drink in the day or enjoy a tasty meal at night. You can stay home and relax in the Gite's pretty garden, inviting pool with its river views or explore this beautiful region 'Les Causses du Quercy'.

Notre maison de ville est a 10 minutes à pied de la place du marché. Entièrement rénovée, elle dispose de deux chambres (1 lit 140cm et 1 lit 180cm), un bureau / salle de jeu avec clic clac, un grand salon avec véranda et terrasse ainsi qu'un jardin et un parking privé. La maison est entièrement équipée et climatisée. A savoir sur le logement : - la maison ne dispose pas d'un accès handicapé. - la maison se situe a côté d'une ligne de train (environ 10 passages/jour de 5 secondes)
