Whether you are looking for a quiet place to escape, a remote workspace insulated from daily distractions or a launch pad from which you hope to explore/experience the numerous and varied activities the Pacific Northwest has to offer. I invite you to consider this newly remodeled, extremely clean, 1325 sq. ft. duplex located in outer SE Portland, two blocks from the Powell Butte Nature Park and 7.7 miles (30 minutes) from the Portland International Airport (PDX).

Equipped with a Heated Pool, Oversized Hot Tub Spa, Water Slide, Outdoor Shower, & plenty of privacy and room for activities. A grand sculpture arches over the large pool displaying a gorgeous disco ball! It is the perfect feature to swim under or use as a backdrop for a unique photo. The large deck and pool get full sun almost all day. This space boasts total privacy and all the amenities!

Cozy Vintage Cottage in the Woods

The studio cottage is located in an east Portland neighborhood bordering the city of Gresham. It is close to public transport (near a MAX light rail station), the airport and outdoor activities (the Columbia Gorge; Mt Hood) and is a 20-30 min drive to downtown. It's cozy (eclectic vintage style), a wooded 1-acre setting within the city limits, and has secure premises (electric gate). Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Please no young children.
