It sits on one of the nicest streets in a safe neighborhood within walking distance to the metro north train station (3 blocks), restaurants (across street from Farmers and Chefs), bars and bakeries. The walkway is also near by. Outdoor patio and fire pit. There is also a studio below that can be rented which will give you the entire building. Which also means if you rent the upstairs. Be mindful of the guests staying down stairs.

The bedroom has a comfortable Queen bed with a small ladder to a little sleeping loft for the kids. There is also a pull out couch in the open kitchen living room area with a deck off the back. This is a small apartment attached to our house that has been designed with care and privacy in mind.

There is a private entrance with additional half bath . A private porch and use of the beautiful backyard.
