Hello, this is Alexander. I am a musician and IT director. This luxury flat has a real story. Built in the 90's , it was for a few years the flat of an international artist. Also one of the oldest AirBnB here : 85 square meters with 2,70 m of ceiling heights, with a direct view on the symbol of Berlin, and Alexanderplatz. My furniture are a mix of German vintage and contemporary (flat screen with Apple TV...). Don't bring anything with you, everything is already in the flat, like a hotel.

Das kleine Studio liegt im gartenseitigen Souterrain eines schönen Holz-Hybridbaus, zentral in Berlin-Friedrichshain, zwischen der U5 Samariterstraße und den S-Bahnstationen Frankfurter Allee und Ostkreuz, nahe Boxhagener Platz. Das Zimmer zeigt nach Süden zu einer ruhigen kleinen Terrasse unterm Feigenbaum, im Sommer angenehm kühl, im Winter mit Fussbodenheizung. Es hat ein eigenes Duschbad und Eingang, keine Küche, aber eine Nespressomaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster und Backofen.

Auf den geräumigen Balkonen in der 5. Etage genießt ihr einzigartige Berliner Sonnenauf-und Untergänge. Der Ausblick auf die East-Side-Gallery und die Oberbaum-Brücke ist einzigartig. Located on the canal with direct view to the water. The bedroom/workspace are located at the back and are very quiet. Kreuzberg is one of the city's most lively areas. A street market takes place directly in front of the apartment on Tuesdays and Fridays with fresh fruit and vegetables as well as ready made food while on Saturdays you can buy all sorts of handicraft. Kottbusser Tor station (5 minute walk) connects north, south, east and west without the need to change.

It can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child/infant (a child up to 9 years on a sofa bed and/or an infant in an extra cot).
