A Retreat on Hove Seafront, Close to Brighton Fun

This is a newly converted, modern, well equipped, ground floor apartment, with private entrance, fully equipped kitchen, contemporary living room, comfortable king bedroom and large shower room. Private parking (for one car) is available upon request and by prior arrangement - requiring a residents parking permit - charged at £5 per day. We are located in Hove, on the seafront, a short walk to local cafes, restaurants, bars, parks and other amenities. You can walk into Brighton along the seafront (3km), although buses are frequent and taxis are easily available. Please note that, whilst we are located on the Hove seafront, there are no sea views from the ground floor apartment itself. Inside the apartment, you can enjoy: - comfortable, modern furniture throughout, including new king bed, mattress & bedding, leather l shaped sofa, breakfast table & stools and lots more. - generous and high quality kitchen equipment, including Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher & washing machine and lots more. - other useful house gadgets, including hairdryer, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner and lots more. - games & books - high speed broadband wifi - XL Samsung Smart television, with Netflix, NowTV & AmazonPrime - Philips Hue coloured lighting This is a self contained, private apartment, with a separate entrance, albeit within a larger family home (although you are unlikely to ever see anyone). We are available if necessary, to answer any questions and sort any issues, although keys are made available via a "key safe" with private code. The apartment is nestled in a quiet residential neighbourhood in Hove, a walk from local cafes, restaurants, bars and parks. The buzzing centre of Brighton is 3 kilometres away for shopping, entertainment, and vibrant nightlife. It's a beautiful seafront walk into Brighton, although buses are frequent and taxis are easily available. This self contained, private apartment, is located within a larger family home (although you are unlikely to ever see anyone). We do not allow unauthorised guests to sleep over and we do not allow large parties or events.

A very spacious and sunny 2 double bedroomed South-facing seafront garden flat. Huge open plan living/dining/workspace 25x21 feet max. 9 foot by 7-foot L-shaped leather sofa, and modern dining suite. Bespoke luxury fitted kitchen. Both rectangular bedrooms have en-suites, walk-in wardrobes, and brand-new pure cotton bed linen. Over 85m2 in total floorspace. If you are using Airbnb for the first time, please message us with the names,ages,occupations etc. of your party and have verification done.

Regency studio

A gorgeous studio flat set in a grade II listed beautiful regency building . Full of period features such as stained glass windows , high ceilings, large sash windows and gorgeous cornicing. A fully fitted kitchen and bathroom, nespresso coffee machine and smeg kitchen appliances really finish off the style of this fabulous space . The location is perfect with only a five min walk from Hove station, local shops , bars and restaurants and of course the beach ! We provide hand sanitiser, wipes etc

Musical jungle nest!

Welcome to my little magical, musical jungle nest! A perfectly located cosy, charming, quirky ground floor flat (no stairs!) with tall ceilings. Incredibly peaceful, it's a perfect hideaway whilst close to the sea and palmiera square with its fancy cafes, eateries, shops and bus-lines. The French doors in bedroom and Georgian bay windows in main room connect you to nature as you watch many squirrels, foxes and birds (woodpeckers, Jay's, blue tits) play in the pretty gardens.

Great location for beach and town

Very nice , bright top floor flat in central Hove 2mins from beach ,shops , bars and restaurants , bus links into central Brighton 15mins , close to Hove train station . The flat has wifi , sky tv with 50in screen, wooden floors throughout , dining table and chairs. The kitchen comes with electric oven and gas hob , microwave , washing machine, fridge, coffee machine, kettle all crockery and cutlery ect . Large shower and nice size bedroom with king size bed.

Superb southdowns and beach links

New refurbished annex in peacefull area with excellant links to southdowns the beach and city centre by car bus or foot. Local award winning gastropubs within 10 mins walk. We can pick up and drop of walkers for the southdowns way and cyclists can keep their cycles safe in patio area. You have your own barbecue for sunny days. We live in the house next to the annex and are generally available for any help or advice you may need

Beautiful Seaside Apartment

This flat is situated in a pretty Conservation area, so it is quiet but still only a couple of minutes walk from all the shops, restaurants, cafes, pubs and public transport. It is wonderfully bright and sunny and I fully recommend sitting by the front window whilst the sun streams in and enjoying a glass of wine! There is a pretty window box outside, so feel free to help yourself to the fresh herbs.
