The ride we provide in this experience takes place through the woods and along the coastline of João Darens, called by many "the last green spot where the woods kiss the ocean". Two easy steps to enjoy this experience : we will send you the coordenates when you book the experience and we will meet you there with the horses, ready to go! Other things to note: I am a horse lover therefore I have an animal friendly policy, my horses don't use any metal bits on their mouths, unless they are still in training, only work two hours a day five days a week and my guests must be under 90kg. No experience with horses is required as no trots or canters are involved in this scenic ride.

The kayaking activity it's really amazing. Check-in: Our meeting point for Kayak Tour is at the Gate "ABCD" at Marina de Lagos - in front of (Pizza Hut restaurant). Tour: We start in Marina de Lagos, on board a catamaran. We leave the Harbor of Lagos (Marina de Lagos), and along the way we do a little briefing to teach/remind you how to maneuver the kayak, explain all the instructions about how to behave on the water, and what you can expect during the sightseeing. You leave the boat already seat on the kayak and the catamaran will be by your side to support everybody in case you want to come back for any reason. In the kayak tour, the guide will provide detailed information about the beaches, caves, and curious shapes in the rock formations. At the end of the tour, we come back to the catamaran with the kayaks to relax a few minutes, jump on the water and swim around the boat. For the Tour, we need 2 hours and 30 minutes - from leaving the harbor to coming back again. This activity depends on the weather and Sea Conditions. If is not safe I can cancel the Tour. You can leave your mobile or camera on the support boat if you think is not safe on the kayak. The Kayaks are double, you can share the effort.

The Seven Hanging Valleys Trail is arguably the most stunning stretch of the southern Algarves coastline and following it allows us to see unique views of this awesome coastal landscape. We'll take our time, walking the trail one way from Vale Centianes Beach to a sunset tapas style dinner at Praia da Marinha. Along the way you'll see some of the most amazing natural sea stacks, sinkholes, complex limestone caves and a mix of turquoise ocean and warm-coloured cliffs. We'll have the opportunity to stop off and explore more areas in more detail depending on conditions. We have experience in this area and can show you spots you'd likewise miss out on seeing! Our last destination, and the spot for our sunset (homemade) dinner will be at Praia da Marinha. Marinha is considered one of the most iconic beaches in the Algarve. It's considered by the Michelin Guide as one of the 10 most beautiful beaches in Europe and as one of the 100 most beautiful beaches in the world.​ Feel free to swim while we prepare the dinner! From here we will drive you back to Lagos. Your Dolphin Watching Experience will begin at the Marina de Lagos. Firstly checking in at the BomDia Boat Trip office opposite the Pontoon entrance. A member of our crew will then take you down to the boat that you will be travelling on and arrange the life jackets. A safety briefing and also a trip description will be given by one of the crew as you set off down the river. This boat trip is one and a half hours round trip in search of wild dolphins and any other wild animals that we may be lucky enough to see. Once out of the river we will then speed up on the ocean and commence our search, we do have hot spots and feeding areas that we check but these beautiful wild animals can be anywhere. Once we find the Dolphins our professional crew will respectfully allow the Dolphins to approach and also answer any questions that you may have regarding the particular species you are seeing or any other species you may have questions about. You are free to leave your seats and move around the boat, taking pictures and soaking up the beautiful experience. When it is time to leave back to land, everyone will be seated again for the journey back to the Marina. Our crew will be very happy to talk more once back in the river about any questions you have or ways you can help retain the environment for these beautiful animals. Other things to note In high season please ensure you wear sunscreen and allow plenty of time to reach the meeting point. A Surf day at the Salty Wave Surf School begins with our Surf-Van pick you up at predetermined spot in the lagos área. Depending on the winds, tides and swell size, we'll choose a surf spot that suits the day's conditions and is best for learning. After arriving to the surf spot, we'll grab our gear from the van and head to the sand to get our wetsuits on. The surf session begins with a warm up, introduction of the beach and ocean conditions, surf materials, and safety rules. We will also practice some techniques and pop-ups on the sand. We know you want to go surfing and it is time to show us in the water what you've learned at the sand. Our experience includes 2:30 hours of surfing including, warmup, safety briefing, wetsuit and surfboard and beach transfer if you in Lagos area. We promise you that you will catch waves on your first session! Get ready for an amazing surf experience! Then, we will start our journey towards the famous Benagil Cave. Along the way, we will see churches, castles, beautiful caves, scary caves and hear old stories. Hopefully, we get to see our great friends, the “dolphins” – All our vessels are equipped with VHF Radio and will be operating in the same channel as the dolphin watching boats so if they are spotted, which is very frequent in our coast, and they are within 2 nautical miles we will take you to see them. At the end of the tour we will stop at Corredora beach so that you can swim close to this beach which is only accessible by sea. In the workshop you will learn a brief history of Azulejo in Portugal, some curiosities about it, and after you will have the chance to paint 2 tiles, a unique experience! You can create your own design, or you can use one from the studio - the typical portuguese tiles. Specific skills in drawing and painting are not required, I will be there to help you on getting an amazing tile! Be aware that after painted, tiles will be in the kiln for 2 days, so depending on the kiln capacity, it will be ready to pick in 3 to 5 days. So I suggest you to book this experience in the beginning of your staying in Algarve, so you can pick up your tiles at the Studio. I also can ship it to you, charging an additional fee. Guests will be welcomed at Morgado do Quintão for a walk around the estate to observe the vineyards and learn about the local grape varieties with our team. Under the 2.000 year-old olive tree the conversation will continue around wine, food, the history of the Algarve and... wine! We'll taste our current range of wines with some home-made "petiscos", while learning about the local wine culture. We'll provide some guidance on other activities in the area related to wine & food.
