Waikawa Landing : Self Contained Apartment.

Tastefully decorated apartment with wifi and Nespresso coffee machine ( with capsules) , microwave , tea and coffee, and a BBQ. The BBQ is located in a covered area at the entrance to the apartment. It has 2 cooking grids and 1 hotplate on which a pot or frying pan can be used. All pots and cooking utensils are provided. Note : The only means of cooking provided inside the apartment is a microwave . Welcome to Picton our little paradise the gateway to the South Island. PETS ARE WELCOME

This is a modern cosy home with open plan living & exceptional indoor/outdoor flow for enjoying the beautiful Marlborough weather, it is a great place for 1 or 2 parents in the main room and 1 or 2 children in the single bed room, it is also very suitable for 2 couples with having 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms both with TVs, there is a small supermarket within 5 mins walk, bar & restaurant within 2 mins walk or the main town centre would be 10 - 15mins walk away, it is very handy to all amenities

The self-contained unit has a full kitchen, SkyTV, Netflix and free Wi-FI to help you relax after a busy day exploring the Marlborough Sounds. Cosy studio nestled snuggly behind our 1900s villa home. A 20 minute walk to the city centre. There is a park directly across the road. The studio contains a comfy queen size bed and ensuite bathroom. Essentials are provided. Our studio offers a comfortable base from where you can explore all Nelson Tasman has to offer. A 10 minute drive to the airport and beach and 5 minute walk to Nelson Hospital. We are in a suburban area.

Rest & Relax

Rest and relax in your sunny private riverside studio apartment or explore the close vineyards that surround us and the beautiful Marlborough Sounds. The studio accommodates up to 4 people and is located in Renwick a 5 minute drive away from Blenheim Airport and 30 minutes drive to the Picton Ferry. A minimum stay for 2 nights is requested. However we can arrange for a one night stay for $20 more if you reach out to us.
