There is a biking /running trail as well as beach access within a couple hundred feet. No more than 6 guests at any time permitted. (2nd floor)

It is also a 45 minute drive to South Padre Island and 35 minute drive to the big city of Mcallen, Tx. and 15 minutes away from the outlets in Mercedes Tx.
