With 1 bedroom and 2 full baths, it can accommodate up to 5 guests comfortably with full kitchen, spacious living area and enclosed patio/dog rest area. Fully equipped for your best pal with a large pet door and an even larger kennel. Beach toys, boogie boards — everything you need for your Padre vacation in one place. Beautifully decorated beach house located right off of Gulf Blvd. Although we are not right on the beach, we have a beach access right across on either side of Island Breeze and only 1 minute walking distance. Island Breeze Beach House is located upstairs on the East side.

Perfect little beach getaway near beachfront access. Approximately 2 min walk. Only cross the street to arrive at beach, with nice walkway and shower at entrance to beach. Condo is quiet and spacious for a couple or small family with young children.
