The Grotto is the downstairs half of a vintage beachside beachhouse owned by "the sandcastle lady" - sandy feet. With 1 bedroom and 2 full baths, it can accommodate up to 5 guests comfortably with full kitchen, spacious living area and enclosed patio/dog rest area. Fully equipped for your best pal with a large pet door and an even larger kennel. Beach toys, boogie boards — everything you need for your Padre vacation in one place. Let's build a sandcastle - that is what your hosts are famous for!

Guests must check in at the Long Island Village between 9am-5pm to pay for their vehicle passes (two vehicles max) and wristbands. This is a $90 fee that will be paid directly to Long Island Village
