Lovely private apartment. The self serve key-less entrance to the apartment is up the home's original staircase from the front door. The one bedroom has a king size bed and a single cot. The bathroom is updated with a large tub with shower. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, and is fully stocked with a Keurig coffee maker, kettle, pots and pans. The smart tv contains Netflix , Crave that you can login in the bedroom and the TV in the living room has Shaw Direct and Apple TV .

This is an fully furnished basement apartment Quiet neighborhood close to bus stop, shopping and restaurants. Ten minute drive to Oshawa Center and downtown Oshawa. Reserve parking in driveway on left side. Breakfast ingredients are included; Eggs, Waffles, Cereal ,Toast, Coffee , Tea and etc. Our guests can rest assured that the bedding is washed and changed with each and every new guest, and for those who stay for a week or more , bedding is changed every five days or upon request.

However, you must clean up ALL mess and take your garbage/recycling home with you. No indoor washroom or running water. Clean private outhouse. Basic utensils, cutlery/bowls/plates, pots, and pans provided. This is and independent stay. Bring your own bedding, blanket, pillow, drinking water. Please leave the cabin better than you found it
