Espacioso y soleado apartamento, con fantásticas vistas sobre el Puerto de Sóller, mar y montaña. Ubicado en una zona céntrica y tranquila a la vez, se accede a el por unas escaleras (80 escalones en total), a diez minutos caminando a la playa, restaurantes, bares con terrazas, farmacia, estanco, supermercado, panadería, souvenirs,...y de la parada del Tranvía de Sóller (tranvía de madera de estilo de principios del siglo XX), que comunica el pueblo de Sóller con el Puerto de Sóller.

There is an open planned kitchen with white units, and appliances including a fridge-freezer, a microwave, electric oven, dishwasher, electric hob with two rings and self catering kitchen utensils. There is a cosy living space with a sofa and table with chairs glass sliding doors opening into the lovely balcony over the beach road and with beautiful views right around the bay and the beach. Twin bedroom with fitted wardrobe, one full bathroom, wc , washbasin and bidet.

Marina 48: Seafront apartment in Port de Sóller

El apt está situado a primera línea del puerto de Sóller, delante del paseo marítimo, frente al mar. En pleno centro y cerca de los restaurantes, bares, tiendas, y la playa más próxima a 150m. El edificio fue construido a mediados del S XIX, con la última reforma en 2017, siempre conservando el estilo clásico mallorquín. Es un espacio muy luminoso con sol durante casi todo el día. Lovely front sea / beach property

Refurbished and cosy front sea property, very quite and with gorgeous views to a sought after beach, Cala Pi. The property´s set in a small community. It´s 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, a dining/sitting area with TV, AC/W, and an open plan kitchen, with dishwasher. On the ground floor there is an extra room with a toilet, shower and washbasin, plus a washing machine .

apartamento en el puerto de soller con impresionantes vistas y muy luminoso, reformado recientemente y totalmente equipado. Esta a 8 minutos andando de bares, restaurantes, y de la playa. Ideal para amantes del trekking en primavera y otoño y para disfrutar del sol y playa en verano.

Apartament nou situat a la part inferior de la casa (caseta de convidats). Pàrquing, entrada pel jardí , zones enjardinades, piscina, hort. Habitació doble, bany, cuina i menjador. Possibilitat d'ampliar per 2 hostes més amb un sofà-llit al menjador.
