River View, located on the Indian River in Cocoa, is a one-of-a-kind destination. This apartment accommodates two adults on a double bed, with an optional pullout for two children under the age of 12. You will be just 20 minutes from Cocoa Beach and the Kennedy Space Center, and an hour from Disney World. Enjoy sunrises and maybe a rocket launch! When you arrive, pull to the bottom of the driveway, park in front of the left garage door. Follow sidewalk to the left to private lower entrance.

Quaint condo beach escape!

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Two bedroom, one bath, first floor unit. All you need is your bathing suit and a toothbrush. The Cocoa beach pier is 3/4 of a mile to the right and the Cape Canaveral Jetty’s are 2.8 miles to the left. Walk out the front door, head east and you’ll be on beach. The launches are spectacular from the beach or Port. One designated free parking spot per unit, Central Air and free cable. Close to Publix and many restaurants.

Enjoy your stay in our newly renovated slice of paradise. Equipped with new appliances and a nicely stocked kitchen including Keurig. The unit sleeps 4 comfortably, plus a pack&play for little ones. Nestled in a peaceful neighborhood on a quiet cul-de-sac for a comfortable night sleep! Private entrance & parking for two vehicles. We will be happy to provide free shuttle service to & from cruise terminal; schedule permitting. Arrangements for leaving your car can be made.

The Jefferson at the beach

5 minute walk to the beach! Quiet neighborhood and the street dead ends at the beach! Extra large apartment, 2 bedroom, 2 bath and small pull up bed for the little ones. Private entry, 2 parking spots. Fenced patio with grill. Inside laundry room. Large kitchen fully stocked for a night in. Visit Port Canaveral just a 10 minute drive! Cruise ships, manatees, dolphin watching, always exciting. Also fishing charterers, fresh fish market and great restaurants!
