Cynthia’s house was perfect for us. It was very clean and decorated beautifully. It was quiet and so peaceful there. The molasses cookies that was left for us were delicious and so thoughtful!! We had a 4 hour delay with rental car issues, I messaged Cynthia to let her know it would be very late before we arrived.. she was so understanding and kind and left the light on for us . She responded quickly and gave me several good recommendations for our trip in the area. I would recommend Cynthia’s home to anyone!! And I would definitely stay with Cynthia again.

We needed a place to stay for a month while awaiting our long term rental, and Suzin’s place was perfect and the price very reasonable in comparison to many longer stay options. This air bnb is conveniently located a few minutes drive from a walgreens and safeway and about 10 minutes from major shopping centers in Silverdale. Laundry on site and enough amenities for cooking to make the stay comfortable for a longer term. great stay, thank you!

I absolutely loved G's place -- so cute, perfect size, great location, quiet neighbors, but access to everything you might need. It was truly a great home away from home and I highly recommend it!

Our stay was amazing. The property was private, yet felt close to our activities, not even too far from the airport. The view is lovely and the design for the home is gorgeous. The attention to detail was impeccable- perfectly done. The communication with information leading up to the trip was ideal and communication there was perfect. So many wonderful little details and modern. The bedding was amazing and I slept perfectly. Truly inspired! I stayed here because of all the wonderful review and I was not disappointed. Thank you!

Jay is a responsive host. The space was perfect for our quick overnight stay. Ballard is a fun walkable neighborhood with lots of restaurants and shops. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

I absolutely loved staying at Greenwood Gardens. I was there for almost 3 months. I was so comfortable and cozy there. Abby and Rodger have thought of everything so I wanted for nothing. There is a huge closet in the bedroom, which makes it easy if you have a lot of clothes like me. The bed is awesome and I absolutely loved the “Purple” pillows. The bathroom is immaculate and has lots of drawers and a little linen closet for your personal things. The living and dining area is quaint and the kitchen has every gadget you will need if you like to cook. I loved making my pour over coffee every morning, but there is a coffee pot and a Keurig too. As winter turned into spring, the yard began to bloom and it is so beautiful now. I am going to miss Greenwood Gardens for I loved living there. But, I have decided to make Seattle my permanent home so I’ll be around. And I am a happy to say I have gained 2 new friends in Abby and Rodger.

Amazing getaway for hoomans and doggies! Inside ambience cozy and welcoming with all the amenities. Outside is a peaceful oasis for human enjoyment and dog entertainment! It was our first stay at an Airbnb with a pup and this has left us with extremely high standards… we were so spoiled here! Thanks for sharing your place!

Loved Sarah’s house! A short drive away from everything and a quiet street to return to after the hustle and bustle, always found parking near the house, which is always a plus! The house layout was very comfortable and was exactly as described. The heated bathroom floors were a nice plus!

My husband and I had a very enjoyable stay at Mary's cottage. The house was comfortable, clean, had a nice spacious shower, comfortable beds, deck with table and chairs, and a kitchen that not only had coffee but also 7 (yes, I counted) different options of tea. The sounding was beautiful, green, peaceful frequented by many singing birds and at least 2 types of hummingbirds. I highly recommend this place and would come back in the future.

Even hitting 3/3 cloudy days on Whidbey, the view over the water from this house was lovely. We saw seals and all kinds of birds out and about. The flowers on the island are so abundant this time of year, we were awed the whole time! The house's layout was perfect for us & my in-laws and our dog. Heidi was a great communicator and answered any question that popped up along the way. She left us treats in the kitchen (inlcuding coffee!) which were very appreciated.

We loved our stay at Ryker’s place! We stayed with our baby and appreciated the room-darkening shades and the baby gate available to use for the top of the stairs. The neighborhood is beautiful, friendly and safe, and there’s a field right outside the house with flowers and birds which the baby loved! The house was clean and well-fitted with everything you’d need, nice appliances, plenty of pillows and towels too. Ryker was a great host, super nice and communicated quickly and effectively. Will definitely stay here again, it’s a wonderful house!

We had a short stopover and the property was prefect for our needs. It’s a very well equipped and maintained property. It’s spacious and has good bedrooms with very comfortable beds. The private, off-road parking is also very useful. The property is in a quiet, residential area which is very pleasant but there is very little nearby in the way of shops, restaurants etc.

What a beautiful little paradise in Ballard. Perfect location for all kinds of activities; plus everything we did during our stay were all 10-15 minutes away!! Which is unheard of in Seattle~ Went out for dinners and drinks for our little romantic getaway, -went on a hike and went on a sailing tour, got to ride the great wheel at night all in the span of a couple of days! This place is absolutely perfect for a weekend or more in the Seattle area. 💗🤞 10/10 would stay here again.

Awesome place to stay.

Really quiet and comfortable suite for rest and restoration after a busy 2 weeks in Seattle. Walking to Winslow St was so easy for food and fun. We also made a quick drive to Paulsbo that’s so convenient from Rachel’s address. Parking and access were well communicated. While the spacious bathroom and comfortable bedding were excellent, the grounds at the property were outstanding! The babbling stream, the plant life, and the many birds made it a “must return” for us.

Renessa was kind enough to let us book both of her units for the weekend of our wedding. The location was prefect being right across the street from our venue and in downtown Ballard. The units were clean and well decorated and we had plenty of space to get ready before our big day! Renessa went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.

I had a wonderful stay at this cozy and well-maintained home in Seattle. From the moment I booked, the host was extremely responsive and helpful, answering all of my questions promptly and making the check-in process smooth and stress-free. The place itself was exactly as described—clean, warm, and welcoming. It truly felt like a home away from home. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, yet conveniently located near shops, cafes, and public transport. One of the highlights of my stay was how thoughtfully the space was prepared, with everything I needed for a comfortable visit. I appreciated the little touches like extra blankets, well-stocked kitchen essentials, and clear instructions for everything. It was obvious that the host genuinely cares about their guests’ experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and pleasant stay in Seattle.

We loved the modern, brand new decor! The bedding was very luxurious and comfortable… when you have a rental that is right on the train tracks, you have to try to offset the noise, and the hosts did a great job, offering ear plugs and high tech noise reduction/ white noise machines in each bedroom, which worked great ( I chose the babbling brook setting and slept like a baby). I think the train going by only added to the charm! I wish we could have stayed more than one day, will be back for sure!

We were four adults visiting family on Bainbridge Island over the Christmas period. We felt right at home in Beau's apartment, which was well kept and spacious with a large open dining and living area, good sized bedrooms and plenty of space to hang our clothes. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils and basic supplies The location was perfect. It was quiet, had parking for the car and was a short walk to shops and restaurants in town. Beau was a helpful and responsive host. We would definitely go back.
