Fully self contained, with a seperate entrance to our family home (which is attached). We have a few Kayaks that can be borrowed if you have roof racks, excellent for paddling round the Pauatahanui Inlet. Whitby shops are a short drive away (there is also a bus route, 236, that goes past our house), Kapiti train line less than 10 mins and the inlet is less than five mins away.
