Second Story Walk Up Studio Apartment in Historic Downtown Paducah KY. This Efficiency Apartment includes kitchen with granite counter tops and center Island, washer and dryer, large bath room with walk in tiled shower, gathering area with full sized couch, and a double bed. This fully furnished studio includes linens, well equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, separate entrance. Pets allowed upon approval with a fee. Cleaning is a top priority with us. We follow Airbnb enhanced cleaning protocol, making sure everything is properly cleaned and sanitized.

Adorable 1 BR Apt (Apt B) - Extended & Short Stays

Great location! This is an apartment located across the street from Baptist Health Hospital. Apartment has its own private entrance. Two blocks from Carson Park and Keiler Park. Close to many of Paducah's favorites: American Quilt Museum, Dry Ground Brewery, the Dirt Road Boutique, Mellow Mushroom and the famous Red's Donuts. A tour down the historic Jefferson St. in spring as part of the Dogwood Trail is beautiful! Five minutes from the mall and I-24 and the University of KY Paducah campus.

Historical 2br in LowerTown Paducah Art District

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. This lovely 2 bedroom 2 bath historic apartment in Lowertown Paducah Art District has all the space you need. The king suite master bedroom is very warm and inviting featuring a master jacuzzi bath. Plenty of storage with a his and her closet. The guest bedroom has a full size bed with access to the back balcony. Couches recline with USB charging stations. All Tvs are smart TVs. Walk down the street to the coffee shop and beautiful river.

Cozy 3 BR 1.5 Bath Downtown

This comfy and cozy 3 bed 1.5 bath 1500 square foot apartment is centrally located in downtown Paducah right next to the 1857 Hotel and down the street within walking distance from the Carson Center, Market House Theater, and Maiden Alley Cinema. The central location near the riverfront is perfect for families, business travelers, groups of friends, and wedding parties. This apartment has been recently renovated. Guests can walk to the best local attractions, bars, shops, and restaurants.

The Carriage House with garage

Stay on the grounds of one of the oldest historic homes in Paducah. Newly completed Carriage house in Lower Town , Fresh Open floor plan Tucked in a quiet neighborhood and English garden. A heated garage , laundry/ office/bonus room. Plenty of storage so bring some toys. Walking distance to all downtown shopping and restaurants. Walk or ride a bike on the river, enjoy coffee on the local coffee shop porch, unwind at one of 3 wine and or cocktail establishments within a 1/2 to 2 blocks away.

Lowertown Condo with Historic Charm

This stylish place to stay is perfect for 1-4 guests who value a location within walking distance of many downtown businesses, a cozy night by the fireplace, and preservation of historic homes. This private unit is newly remodeled and features quartz & granite countertops, all new bathroom fixtures, plenty of storage and closet space, beautiful hardwood, and modern furnishings. The unit offers a king bed and a pullout sofa that makes a queen bed! A washer/dryer/cooking tools provided.

Great 2 bedroom duplex in the heart of Paducah

Located in mid town, Paducah, this 2 bedroom duplex is centrally located to everything that Paducah has to offer! 2 bedrooms with queen sized beds, large eat-in kitchen and a washer and dryer. Stay for a weekend or stay for a week. Close to Baptist Hospital, the mall, and downtown Paducah. Fully equipped kitchen with a full sized refrigerator as well as coffee, tea, snacks and an assortment of soft drinks are available. Close to I-24 so you can pop in and out quickly!

Paducah Lowertown Arts District Guest Suite

Very well appointed, highly rated guest favorite with private balcony and peaceful park right outside your door in the Lowertown Arts District. Free wifi and parking. Ecetetra, the neighborhood coffee shop is next door. The Quilt Museum is 4 blocks. Walking distance to everything Downtown Paducah, great night spots and top restaurants. Enjoy the wonderful hip and eclectic Arts District in Lowertown!!!! This property is currently rated in the top 5% by guest reviews!

Studio apartment in the heart of downtown Paducah. Enjoy relaxing on the balcony that overlooks the Ohio River, Carson Center, and Kentucky Avenue. Relax with the whole family in this studio apartment. There are two queen beds plus twin bunk beds. Located near the Shawnee National Forest. The property has 2 other cabins and our house is on the other side of the pond. The property has a pond with a beach spot, as well as, a concrete pad with a table and chairs.
