It’s quiet, shady area.❤️Quiet neighborhood❤️Bring all your gears from tent, beddings, cooking items, bedside commode etc. ❤️There will be no bathroom available. ❤️Water hose is available for washing, but no showers. You may bring your own solar portable showers, water is provided. ❤️WiFi is provided.❤️There’s a small “Asian Store/convenient store” in the property.❤️Canoe is available for rent.❤️less than 5min from the Lake Dardanelle.

RELAX. RESTORE. EXPLORE in nature on 5 acres of quiet and peaceful land in Northern Saline County. It’s located south of Paron off Hwy 9. A Queen size bed on a frame with a memory foam mattress. Two cots or air mattresses for sleeping up to 6 guests. Currently in development so it’s primitive camping w/ no facilities or electricity just yet. No pets allowed at this time in our luxury bell tent or Vintage Camper. Pet friendly tent available for an extra cleaning fee.

This is a back yard “camping site”. You are paying for a spot only. Bring your own tent and other equipments. A water hose is provided, cooking area is all outdoor. Playground is open but please do not take any breakable things within the playground area. If you bring cans and anything sharp,pick them up and throw them in the trash bin, by the street (for children). Watch children to avoid accidents. We will not be responsible for any accidents.

(No Bedrooms or Baths) These are open area Tent sites available during the Eclipse April 2024. There is a 3 NIGHT MINIMUM.
