Inside, there are Scot-Scandi influences that tie modern design, luxury and comfort to the history and charm of the cottage. Moll Cottage is located between the two largest settlements on the island and within easy travelling distance of the most popular sights.

North West Coast Highlands Cottage

Seaview is a traditional detached 3 bedroom cottage on the west coast of the Highlands. There's a stream running alongside with views of the rugged hillside to the right and the beach just across the road to the left. Views from the front of the cottage include the An Teallach mountain range. This cottage's location makes it the perfect base for a whole host of Highland activities from gentle relaxing walks and sea or fly fishing to outdoor pursuits like mountain biking and kayaking adventures!

Ideally located for gentle strolls from the house to the local beach and to explore this Scottish Site of Scientific Interest. Perfect for twitcher and wildlife enthusiasts, you may even catch a glimpse of an otter and seals! This is also an ideal launch site for your own kayak/canoe/SUP to just paddle around. From here you can also explore the rest of the island and mainland at your leisure.

6 miles from Stornoway our new Barn conversion, on a working croft by the sea, is in the beautiful village of Aignish. Whether sitting outside on the balcony or from the comfort of the open plan living-room with full height cathedral windows, you can enjoy the gorgeous sea views and spectacular sunsets whatever the weather. Foulis Castle Gate Lodge

Foulis Gate Lodge is a Highland cottage on the Gates of an historic, private, Highland estate with its own drive. The secluded location offers direct access to extensive gardens. The nearest amenities are 2miles in Evanton or 5miles to the ancient Burgh of Dingwall. Foulis Castle is a 15 min walk away from the Storehouse Restaurant & Farm shop, which is situated on the shore/beach of the Cromarty Firth (Mon-Sat 9-5pm). My place is good for NC500 travellers, couples, and business travellers.

As close to the sea as you could get. Peaceful and private. No road in front. Spacious grounds with stream, bridge and trees. Just the two bedrooms (one double and one with 2 singles). Fantastic kitchen, dining, living room space with 6 windows for maximum sunlight and views and a wood burning stove. Situated at one end of the village within walking distance of pub, restaurants and shop. Perfect spot for watching sea eagles, otters, seals and sunsets. Magical and inspiring!

The Kylesku Kabin- luxurious wilderness

A luxuriously appointed property situated on the NC500 overlooking some of the most iconic mountains and sea lochs of Assynt. Kylesku Kabin has been fully renovated by acclaimed architect Helen Lucas and is owned by the previous owners of the nationally recognised multi-award winning Kylesku Hotel, which is within walking distance. Lusa Bothy is a luxury getaway location for couples on the Isle of Skye. It was the idea of the owner to renovate an old stone building into an amazing space with a feast for the senses in mind.
