Le rez-de-chaussée est composé de la cuisine, la salle à manger, du salon, de Wc ainsi que d’un cellier où est à votre disposition un lave-linge. 1er étage : Deux chambres équipées d’un lit 160x200 et de rangements (armoire, penderie ou commode) et d’un bureau avec un grand lit et une TV. 2ème étage : Une chambre équipée d’un lit 160x200 et une salle de bain avec baignoire et douche et un salon TV avec un grand lit et un bureau.

Le Petit Comte is situated in the beautiful Dordogne, a 15 mins drive (11 km) from Bergerac Airport and approx 1 hour drive from Bordeaux. The beautiful, historic old city of Bergerac is 10 mins by car with its many shops bars and restaurants all on the Dordogne river. The house sits opposite an organic Chateau, perfect for wine tasting, and next to a horse riding centre. The house is a 3 min drive (20 min walk) from the village of Ginestet with a wonderful Bakery and bar/pizzeria.

This charming little traditional stone house is very cosy, comfortable while being sober and ecological in the same time. I am happy to share it with travelers who appreciate simplicity and proximity to nature. The house is equipped with a very good wood stove, with exposed beams on the ceiling and terracotta tiles on the floor. The house is hot and cosy in winter, and cool in summer (Possibility to pick you up at the train station or airport for small extra fees)
