Self contained cottage surrounded by amazing bird life, kangaroos, emus, echidna, wallabies and deer. Country life with all the comforts. Homemade bread, farm eggs, mulberry jam / butter , teas / coffee, milk are all provided for guests to make breakfast at their leisure. Cooking oils and condiments, assorted teas/coffee/milo, Anzac biscuits and access to cottage herb garden.

The 300 acre property shares a 2.5km border with the Grampians National Park and backs onto the stunning western escarpment of the Mt. Difficult Range. Zero, Mt. Stapylton, Hollow Mt., Zummsteins, McKenzie Falls).

Inside snuggle by the wood heater, outside relax on a hand hewn red gum deck with built-in bath, outdoor shower. The outhouse provides views across the wetlands and its wildlife! Gariwerd walks are a 10 minute stroll away, as is good coffee, the local brewery and the eateries of Halls Gap. Come and connect!

Beautiful Historic Adair

Adair is one of the oldest and highest residences in the Grampians. Built in the 1930s, the home is furnished sympathetically with the times and offers 4 comfortable bedrooms, a large air conditioned lounge, large welcoming kitchen/dining room, and a generous verandah with spectacular views over the surrounding countryside. Kangaroos and emus are a common sight around the house, and walking trails from the house lead to some of the most spectacular views in the eastern Grampians.

It is convenient to Halls Gap village restaurants and bars as well as close to many of the hiking trails. The house is showing its age a little (built in late 1970s), but it is cosy and homely.
