Converted Historical Stone Coach House

The Coachhouse is cosy and quiet. It has its own entrance and is completely separate from the main house. There is a private gated courtyard that guests are also welcome to use. Only 5 minutes from East Kilbride and 20 minutes from Glasgow but surrounded by fields and countryside Full use of the Coachhouse and the courtyard next to it Feel free to contact me with any queries by phone, text, e mail The property is only a couple of minutes from the village of Carmunnock, a pretty conservation village and the only official village left in Glasgow. There is a local shop, pharmacy, and an excellent restaurant in the town. There is parking next to the Coachhouse. Getting around by car is ideal but we are also only minutes from two train stations and there are regular buses in the village minutes up the road. We have two dogs but they are friendly and kept in the main house or our back garden.

You’ll love my place because of it's unique location. This garden room is situated right on the River Kelvin. This is your own little oasis in the heart of the bustling and vibrant West End - a private conservatory bedroom with en suite shower room & own front door! A short walk from Glasgow University, Kelvingrove Art Gallery & Museums and right beside Kelvinbridge Underground. Surrounded by a great selection of bars, restaurants & coffee, asian, African, specialist, vintage and artisan food shops.

Double ensuite bedroom. Work space and wifi. Small self catering kitchen with small fridge/ freezer, microwave, single radiant hob, kettle, washing machine and toaster. Dishes, cutlery and basics, like cereal, milk, o j, butter, bread, tea and coffee supplied to start you off. Separate access from main house. 30 minute drive to Glasgow and 20 minutes Ayrshire coast.
