Unique Spanish Bungalow!

PRICE REDUCED JUNE 6 - SEPT. 1 - Offering a lower rate during street construction. The driveway will be blocked, but can street park in front and behind the house. Between June 6 - Nov. 3, there's a small chance of a brief water outage. If that were to happen, we would refund the full price of that day. Come experience a house unlike any other in Des Moines. This unique Spanish-style home has a global personality and centrally located. Walking distance to many amenities and pet friendly!

Unique "Little Italy" Apartment

Drive into the attached garage and go upstairs where you will find your very private entrance to a quiet, peaceful, and restful living. Located 1 mile from the downtown area on a street loaded with large Oak and Walnut trees. A huge back yard in which to stroll or barbecue. It is the top half of my house complete with it's own kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. My residence is the bottom half of the house. Lots of excellent restaurants nearby. Cozy Spa Home Close to Downtown

Enjoy the feeling of a cozy home while you visit Des Moines! This wonderful home is close to downtown, bike trails, and Riverview park where you can walk the Des Moines river. Lots of light, beautiful fenced backyard with porch, fire pit, and large charcoal grill! Full kitchen with Everything you need to cook an amazing meal. Bathroom with a large double head shower, and large soaking tub. Hulu, Netflix, and Amazon are set up on three televisions. Washer and dryer for your use!

This beautifully restored home is centrally located near downtown Des Moines. Close to restaurants, entertainment, and tons of activities. The house sleeps 8 comfortably with 2 king beds (one on main level), 2 queen beds, and a twin trundle upstairs. There are 2 bathrooms (one on main level adjacent to bedroom). Enjoy your coffee on the massive front porch setae during the warmer months or private backyard oasis with lots of room to run! We look forward to hosting you.

Newly Renovated Aloha Apt.

Welcome to Des Moines, Iowa! Within the newly renovated, very spacious, basement oasis with a queen bed and a twin bed in a nearby alcove and an eat-in kitchen. My home is in a nice and safe neighborhood that is right off freeway I-235/Ingersoll Ave. It is within walking distance to Art Center, and Greenwood Park. Two separate doors leading from the apt to the backyard. Guests have their own entrance door and a parking space at my back yard.

Historic Home on 4 Acres - Hot Tub, Pool, Tiki Bar

Our 1948 vacation home is on 4 acres & boasts 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, 2 half baths, Bridal Suite (4th bedroom), 70s TV/Game Room, Tiki Bar, & Children's Playroom. Outside we have a pool (guaranteed to be open 5/26 - 9/5, but will do everything possible to have it open well before and after those dates based on weather!), hot tub (year round). Located 15min away from Downtown DSM & a mile away from a grocery store/restaurants.
