Sea Chic Apartment, Old Town, Amazing view

This apartment with a million dollar view is located on the shiny west coast promenade, in the vicinity of the most popular restaurants. It's a short stroll to Diocletian's Palace and the old town. Nearby Marjan hill, the most popular place to escape from the hustle and bustle of the city is ideal place for walking jogging or cycling. In the forest along the beach paths you can stop anywhere for a swim. Bus/train/ferry port are only 15 minutes walk. There is a grocery store in the same building.

This comfortable and airy studio apartment, with a balcony is carefully designed to meet the high standards of our guests. It is located on the first floor of a newly renovated traditional stone house in the historic center, overlooking a quiet pedestrian street. It is situated within 5 minute walking distance from the 1700 years old Diocletian's palace and 500 meters from the sea promenade Riva. The closest beach with lots of shade is at 10 minutes walk in a beautiful park forest hill Marjan.

The apartment is located on the second floor of a four-story building, less than 15 mins on foot from city centre. It is fully equipped and has everything you need for a pleasant vacation. In the circle of 3-5 minutes around the apartment there are supermarkets (Lidl, Konzum, Plodine), bars, fast-food, ATM, gas station, stadium, etc. Famous beach "Bacvice" is only 9 mins car distance and 30 mins on foot.
