Reach beautiful Vienna in just 30 minutes by car or train, world heritage site Wachau in 40 minutes by car. The house is spacious (approx. 100 m² / 1,075 sq ft). From the balcony and the upper living room, you can enjoy lovely views of the Wienerwald.

Sie befindet sich nur 7 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Neulengbach entfernt. Zugverbindung nach Wien Zentrum ist optimal, allerdings zum Flughafen kompliziert. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1. Stock . Wir wohnen im Trakt daneben im Erdgeschoss. Wir stehen euch gerne auch für Tipps und Fragen zur Verfügung oder einen kleinen Plausch.

Unser kuscheliges Häuschen aus den 60er-Jahren wurde innen komplett renoviert und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es liegt idyllisches eingebettet in einer kleinen Siedlung nahe dem Wienerwald und ist bequem erreichbar mit der Buslinie 52A, die im Viertelstundentakt von Wien Hütteldorf (U4, Schnellbahn, ÖBB) fährt. Das Haus verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer mit grossen Doppelbetten, weiters ein Wohnzimmer, eine Küche mit Essecke und einem toprenovierten Bad mit grosser Dusche.

There is a small renovated wine celar with 5 different wines from Gernot Reisenthaler to choose.
