Inala Wilderness Retreat

Inala, which means peaceful place, is the perfect escape. Nestled on 7 acres of native bushland, this architect designed home boasts complete privacy and commands spectacular views across to the Barrington Tops through its extensive North facing windows. Featuring open plan living with polished timber floors and vaulted ceiling the feeling is relaxed, bright and spacious and the perfect antidote to a hectic life. We have 2 bedrooms with king sized beds, one which splits into two singles.

Polehouse Cottage

Sit back and enjoy a sunset over the best view in the Hunter Valley with a glass of wine, or treat yourself to a dip in your own private spa. The Polehouse cottage, located on a large rural property is a relaxing way to escape the rush of modern day life. It has 2 bedrooms consisting of 1 king and 1 queen bed. Features include a private deck, spa, BBQ and fireplace. Firewood is provided between May and September to keep the cottage warm in the evenings.

Cranky Rock Cottage. Wollombi

Rare and unique, Cranky Rock Cottage gets its name from a 25 tonne cave rock which graces the cottage with an open fireplace. Built pioneer style with rustic Australian hardwoods, a quaint getaway in a couples retreat. Conveniently located to Sydney, Newcastle, Wollombi, wineries. Awaken to the natural bush sounds of lyre birds which freely roam our 120 acres. Explore nature in your city escape. Lovely native flora that bring the native birds.

Thallan Cottage is situated along Mount View Road leading you up towards Mount View and Pokolbin Wineries. Thallan cottage has a 180-degree deck boasting views down the valley towards Wollombi and Pokolbin mountain ranges, overlooking rolling hills, dams, cows and kangaroos. Central location close to wineries and activities, whilst also offering seclusion, nature, amazing sunsets and stargazing!

Amelie's, romantic and secluded with amazing views

Amelies is a unique romantic self contained cottage with stunning views of the Hunter Valley vineyards below. Perched on Pokolbin Mountain the cottage is private and secluded, yet 5 minutes to world class wineries, restaurants and golf courses. Enjoy a break from the everyday hustle and bustle relaxing in the spa bath (with a view!) or listening to the birds sing in the private courtyard.

This is a newly built house about 8 minutes walk to heart of town and a ten minute drive to the vineyards. Most tours will pick you up from the house. Spend a day touring the vineyards then sampling wines in the outdoor spa. Please remember this is a suburban area so no loud music or party’s. Please not due to previous problems I will be unlikely to allow groups in their 20s
