This apartment is situated within administrative borders of the east part of city of Split, in city district Stobrec. The large sand beach, many sunbathing plateau, the clear and blue sea and the quality of domestic food make Stobrec a beautiful summer resort. We are just 6 km from Split (bus station near the house, buses leave every hour) and 300 m to the nearest beach. It's a sandy and blue flag beach located in the lagoon made by river Zrnovnica delta and Adriatic sea. It is over 400 m long. The beach is equipped with a life guard, facilities for the disabled, showers, children playground, sport facilities, food and drink facilities. There is no danger spots for pedestrians, while the beach is far away from motorways. This lovely 38 m2 apartment, in a newly furnished family house, is composed of: bedroom, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and living room with TV. In front of the Apartment there is a terrace overlooking the garden with table and chairs and a barbecue in the garden where you can enjoy your holiday. Parking place for your car in shade. Cozy studio with a stunning sea view with shared terrace. Located by the beach, just 2 km from Trogir, this small but fully equipped studio is a great base for your vacation in central Dalmatia. A beautiful pebble beach is right across the street — just a few steps away. The terrace is shared between two studios, with a designated area in front of each for private use. Please note that during peak season, street parking can be difficult to find, even further from the house.

What to say :) When you are on the way to Trogir, come to my place. Just few steps from old and beautifull Trogir. It is great for people who like quiet places and old stone houses. Also has great equipped kitchen , new windows with excellent shutters ( complete dark) and mosquito net. Nobody lives at the place, what makes it even more great for people who take two apartments, because of complete privacy that provides. You are all welcome :)
